Stud37 Posted April 25, 2017 Posted April 25, 2017 (edited) This guy is the best WR in this draft class. He can change a defense's play calling just by lining up on the outside. The greatest thing about him is that he isn't just the fastest guy on the field on any given moment, but he is a football player also! He can run routes, catch, and make people miss... it just comes natural to him. The more I look at this year's draft, the more I am convinced that he should be a top 5 pick. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K_somImEyhk ps: how do I post a you tube video, not just the link? Not concerned that the guy could not run a 40 at the combine without getting hurt?
Stud37 Posted April 25, 2017 Author Posted April 25, 2017 Not concerned that the guy could not run a 40 at the combine without getting hurt? nope, not at all. I would much rather draft Ross than Davis(Devin Thomas 2.0) in the 1st, any day of the week.
Cripple Creek Posted April 25, 2017 Posted April 25, 2017 Not concerned that the guy could not run a 40 at the combine without getting hurt? Terrible "medicals?" Sounds like a Doug Whaley type guy. He's ours.
Deranged Rhino Posted April 25, 2017 Posted April 25, 2017 Not concerned that the guy could not run a 40 at the combine without getting hurt? I still prefer Davis, but I can see Ross being dynamite in this system with Taylor's deep ball capabilities. His injury history is a concern, then again Davis is nicked up too so maybe I shouldn't talk.
thunderingsquid Posted April 25, 2017 Posted April 25, 2017 KR/PR capabilities too. I wouldn't kick him to the curb, and he made the Leroi List so we'll see.
Bangarang Posted April 25, 2017 Posted April 25, 2017 If we're going WR at 10 then I can only hope it's Davis.
Watkins_deep Posted April 25, 2017 Posted April 25, 2017 Hes not only small but is a frail small.... Hes not built for football
Buffaloed in Pa Posted April 25, 2017 Posted April 25, 2017 Injury prone already. Wait till he plays in the NFL.

BillsFan17 Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 Teams have removed him from their draft boards all together because of his medical history. And just out of curiosity, how exactly is Corey Davis, a top tier WR prospect the same as Devin Thomas?

Blokestradamus Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 I wish I had faith that he would stay healthy and have the longevity to play beyond his first contract. I think he could be WR1 for me if he came with those guarantees. If he somehow ends up being the pick, I'd be holding my breath for years.
BillsFan17 Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 Fabrication, that's how. I feel like more and more, every year, every prospect is so-and-so 2.0 Often more baseless than not.

For every Deshaun Jackson there are thirty Parrishs and Goodwins. Not worth the risk. He had microfracture surgery. The reports from last year was that a player needing microfracture surgery will likely not have that long of a career from the surgery. Essentially they drill a hole in the bone and hope that it promotes cartiliage like growth to refill the lost cartilage.I wouldnt touch him just as many teams told Mayock they have taken him off their boards. http://www.mikeryansportsmedicine.com/microfracture-surgery-for-nfl-players/ Edited April 26, 2017 by Bill_with_it
