KHAN Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 (edited) A couple of covers by my old band from 2013. Panama Stop Draggin' My Heart Around Edited April 26, 2017 by KHAN
rockpile Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 I dislike almost every cover of Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah". I detest every version making it a Christian song. It was a song about love and sorrow, written by a Jewish Zen Buddhist monk.
section122 Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 (edited) This is an amazing cover! I start my music playlist about once a week with this song. I dislike almost every cover of Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah". I detest every version making it a Christian song. It was a song about love and sorrow, written by a Jewish Zen Buddhist monk. I work with a guy who trades music ideas with me. If I know of someone I let him know and he does likewise as we have pretty different tastes in music. Karise Eden was a contestant on the Australian Voice or one of those singing shows and she did a phenomenal cover of Hallelujah. My favorite cover of all time is probably this song. Beth Hart and Joe Bonamassa are just an incredible duo. Edited April 26, 2017 by section122
