I would let the weeds and grass grow and then I would cut paths through it and have a big section in the middle with a pavilion. I'd hang out there and enjoy

That sounds nice!

The only down fall is my quarter mile road into the house . always working on it. It would be nice to have it black topped or tar and chipped. The road is a B word in a bad winter. Everyone that comes over loves it and says I could live here . I say you like to work ? Because it`s a lot of maintenance. They always come in nice weather. They need to come on a Jan or feb . snow and wind howling day or night . I still would not move for anything.

Alpaca is one of the healthiest meats.

Think it is 395 thousand.

Location ... Location ... Location

If it's where I live now...the possibilities are endless. If it were in Arizona or Nevada; not a whole heck of a lot. Let's assume it's where I live, I'd probably sell most of it off (so I don't have to worry about what's going on in the back-40 - people growing pot on the land). I'd use the money from the sale to build the estate of my dreams (keeping a couple/few acres for myself). I looks like I could get about $2.5 for about 100 acres ... http://www.landwatch.com/Sonoma-County-California-Land-for-sale/pid/25037646

If it's in the western part of those states, you'll have some prime beach front property once California becomes an island or Arizona Bay.

Had an Alpaca steak; one of the best I have ever had. Was weird how guy would refer to steaks as coming direct from his alpaca which he raised himself.

had it Peru several times, and it was fantastic. Finally found a local selling it at the Elmwood Farmers' Market.
