John from Riverside Posted April 8, 2017 Posted April 8, 2017 But the fact remains that we've not had a chance to see what he can do with the Bills' offense. We've seen what Tyrod .... uh ..... "can" do. You mean other then top 10 in points scored?
re enlightener Posted April 8, 2017 Posted April 8, 2017 Jones doesn't seem to be the type of guy that McDermott has the patients for well why would mcdermott send Jones any patients in the first place? is he a doctor or something?
Solomon Grundy Posted April 8, 2017 Posted April 8, 2017 FWIW, the playoff winning drive against Cincinnati. A 300 yd passer!!! I'll take him.
Gugny Posted April 9, 2017 Posted April 9, 2017 You mean other then top 10 in points scored? Yes. How did he do when we needed to score? Oh, that's right. When the defenses knew he had to pass, he crumbled like a Girl Scout cookie from Country Cletus.

When the defenses knew he had to pass, he crumbled like a Girl Scout cookie from Country Cletus. Yes...that is how the team was top ten in points scored....oh wait...maybe if the D could have stopped someone....ANYONE. The more time that passes the more I am sure we are going D with that first pick.
stuvian Posted April 9, 2017 Posted April 9, 2017 TJ, TT, ...are there any other QBs whose initials start with T who can complete the pattern?
RyanC883 Posted April 9, 2017 Posted April 9, 2017 I like it. Solid backup. Familiar with the offensive scheme.

mead107 Posted April 9, 2017 Posted April 9, 2017 Can't wait for the draft to see who we pick to replace tt
Mark Vader Posted April 9, 2017 Posted April 9, 2017 a single tear falls down the cheek of every Bengals fan when they remember they lost a playoff game to TJ Yates What do you think Steelers fans go through knowing that they lost a playoff game to Tim Tebow?
JTO Posted April 9, 2017 Posted April 9, 2017 TJ Yates has a 72 qb rating and 6 tds to 8 INTs for his career. Give me the unproven guy. Much rather have RG3 or CK.
mead107 Posted April 9, 2017 Posted April 9, 2017 Really don't think he would even have a shot at starter.
Pbomb Posted April 9, 2017 Posted April 9, 2017 Three words. Le Sean McCoy.is that the french version, pretty sure lesean is one word
ALF Posted April 9, 2017 Posted April 9, 2017 I would think Yates would be a camp arm or a 3rd QB if the Bills do not draft one
Beef Jerky Posted April 9, 2017 Posted April 9, 2017 Much rather have RG3 or CK. That is no different... Guys you already know won't win you ****.
BuffaloFan68 Posted April 9, 2017 Posted April 9, 2017 Definitely like the idea of signing Yates & then drafting a QB within the first 3 rounds. While I really want Mahomes or Watson, Williams is too good to pass up. Let's Go Buffalo!!!!!
xRUSHx Posted April 9, 2017 Posted April 9, 2017 (edited) Sure sign Yates, trade Tyrod in this draft for a draft pick and draft Watson @10 and Kelly in the 5th. Trade CJ for a extra pick as well, complete wash of last staffs QBs. Let them all battle it out and if DWatson isn't ready to start the season let's Yates till he is ready, worse case we end up with a top pick in next year's draft boom we draft another QB and dump/trade Yates. 2018 we have solid potential at QB for the future and trade bait for 2019 after one takes over as top dog. All on rookie contracts and shows our GM/new HC knows QB is the only way to build a playoff team/dynasty. 2017 depth at QB: Yates Watson Kelly 2018 depth at QB: Watson 2018 pick Kelly Edited April 9, 2017 by xRUSHx
