YoloinOhio Posted March 31, 2017 Posted March 31, 2017 (edited) http://buffalonews.com/2017/03/30/bills-culture-change-continues-football-ops-departures/ Sean McDermott's culture change at One Bills Drive goes deeper than the red felt on their discarded pool table. The Bills have dismissed director of player engagement Paul Lancaster, his assistant and team chaplain James Trapp, athletic trainer Greg McMillen and strength-and-conditioning assistant Dan Liburd. Solomon Grundy Posted March 31, 2017 Posted March 31, 2017 http://buffalonews.com/2017/03/30/bills-culture-change-continues-football-ops-departures/ Were they the "leakers"?
Captain_Quint Posted March 31, 2017 Posted March 31, 2017 (edited) No more chaplain? Whos gonna make the call on challenges? Edited March 31, 2017 by Captain_Quint
YoloinOhio Posted March 31, 2017 Author Posted March 31, 2017 I wonder if this means the rookies don't get to go on the Maid of the Mist anymore
frostbitmic Posted March 31, 2017 Posted March 31, 2017 Firing the team chaplain seems like bad mojo to me. The trainer and strength/conditioning coach seemed overdue.
Elite Poster Posted March 31, 2017 Posted March 31, 2017 (edited) Getting rid of Dan Liburd is a disgrace. He was a great guy and he's losing his job because our HC feels this entitled. Dan was the guy who trained and guided a blind runner thru the Buffalo marathon. Great job McDumbass. Hearing on the radio they might fire the equipment manager too. Ross Tucker just tweeted "Bills getting rid of the wrong people...". Edited March 31, 2017 by Elite Poster

Why does this mean he does an excellent job strengthening and conditioning NFL football players? Most likely, McD just wants to bring in his own people who fit what he wants to do, nothing wrong with that...good on him

"Pugela FAIL playerz no longer engaeged" "if ewe dont think we need a new champlain UR an ****head" now that's funny Why is training and guiding a blind runner such a great feet (see the pun there?)? Blokestradamus Posted March 31, 2017 Posted March 31, 2017 Why is training and guiding a blind runner such a great feet (see the pun there?)? Something about leading the blind and an association with the Bills makes perfect sense.
Juice_32 Posted March 31, 2017 Posted March 31, 2017 Firing the team chaplain seems like bad mojo to me. The trainer and strength/conditioning coach seemed overdue. If we had any good mojo to start with I'd agree. Clean em all out McD!

Is an equipment manager changing going to help us win games as well? McDermott just wants to hire his boys. Edited March 31, 2017 by Elite Poster
YoloinOhio Posted March 31, 2017 Author Posted March 31, 2017 It was reported in January when Rex was fired that the new HC would assume control over medical, support, equipment staff (instead of the GM) so this isn't surprising.
