BuffaloBud420 Posted March 28, 2017 Posted March 28, 2017 When it comes to player personnel, its suppose to be the GM. I have a feeling it's McDermott. Yes they work together but when there is a divide, who makes the decision? If we are going to have McDermott be Coach/GM like Bellichek fine but stop playing fans for a fool.

Johnny Hammersticks Posted March 28, 2017 Posted March 28, 2017 ...and what would lead you to believe that McD has "final say" on personnel decisions? I'm sure he has plenty of influence, given that he wants players that fit his schemes, but I believe it to be more of a collaborative effort with the guy signing the paychecks having final say.
PromoTheRobot Posted March 28, 2017 Posted March 28, 2017 Why is it so hard to imagine the GM and coach agreeing?

That make no sense. Someone has to have the final say.

BuffaloBud420 Posted March 28, 2017 Author Posted March 28, 2017 Why is it so hard to imagine the GM and coach agreeing? Nobody agrees on everything in any business.
TheElectricCompany Posted March 28, 2017 Posted March 28, 2017 Perhaps an oujia board to ask Ralph what he thinks?
