Bills Fan in MD Posted March 22, 2017 Posted March 22, 2017 With the Bills only being relevant for part of the season for much of the last two decades, it's really been hard to stay a fan of the NFL. This only makes it harder. http://deadspin.com/nfl-developing-new-way-to-drain-all-joy-from-sport-for-1793517847
DriveFor1Outta5 Posted March 22, 2017 Posted March 22, 2017 I'm always indifferent to the celebration debate. Who cares if guys want to celebrate a touchdown? It really doesn't hurt anything. At the same time I don't care if I miss out on the chance to see a football player twerking in the end zone.
muppy Posted March 22, 2017 Posted March 22, 2017 OMGoodness say whattttt...LOL well that is just swell ain't it SMH
87168 Posted March 22, 2017 Posted March 22, 2017 (edited) hahahahahaha! in all honesty, I don't really care about celebrations, but when AB started twerking, nah. sus. Edited March 22, 2017 by 87168
jr1 Posted March 22, 2017 Posted March 22, 2017 TD celebrations got me hooked on football as a kid. This is stupid
quinnearlysghost88 Posted March 22, 2017 Posted March 22, 2017 How quickly you forgot how out of hand celebrations were getting:
LB3 Posted March 22, 2017 Posted March 22, 2017 I mean, it's probably just a reminder that you shouldn't do things that imitate f#$@ing, so I don't see what the outrage is about.
Roundybout Posted March 22, 2017 Posted March 22, 2017 (edited) Ah memories. Edited March 22, 2017 by GhostsofBillsPast
Bray Wyatt Posted March 22, 2017 Posted March 22, 2017 I bet this video is going to be hilarious! Who do you think they will get to be the person in the video doing the talking? I hope they show was a good celebration is and then an example of what not to do
Jauronimo Posted March 22, 2017 Posted March 22, 2017 This doesn't surprise me very much. A lot of guys simply cannot execute the Hingle McCringleberry. Choreography was bad last year. This is why the NFL sends so many players to dancing with the stars. Make celebrations great again.
likei've Posted March 22, 2017 Posted March 22, 2017 Whatever as long as it's not enforced by the refs. If someone celebrates excessively or whatever send him a fine after the game. The refs get enough wrong, we don't need them subjectively deciding what was over the line and affecting the outcome anymore than they do. Plus, players will care more if it's a matter of cash and not just a loss of yards.
Wagon Circler Posted March 22, 2017 Posted March 22, 2017 (edited) Sorry- no twerking in the end zone. Shake hands with your teammates and toss the ball to the ref. Watch how Thurman did it. High fives are also acceptable. Maybe an occasional butt slap, as long as it is done in a manly way. Edited March 22, 2017 by Wagon Circler
DriveFor1Outta5 Posted March 22, 2017 Posted March 22, 2017 How quickly you forgot how out of hand celebrations were getting: I actually enjoy those types of celebrations. It helps add some passion to the game. There is nothing better than annoying the opposing fans. On the other hand endzone celebrations lost me when guys started twerking.
4_kidd_4 Posted March 22, 2017 Posted March 22, 2017 Start the playclock as soon as they score. You have that amount of time to 'celebrate' as you wish and get the K-team out for the XP. Easy fix.
T-Bomb Posted March 22, 2017 Posted March 22, 2017 One of the reasons I don't watch as much NFL these days is because of the celebrations. One of the other reasons being the Bills have sucked for so long... I'm all for cracking down on celebrations.
TakeYouToTasker Posted March 22, 2017 Posted March 22, 2017 Still better than the Bills releasing a handbook on vaginal maintenance.

Jauronimo Posted March 22, 2017 Posted March 22, 2017 Still better than the Bills releasing a handbook on vaginal maintenance. I have no problem with that. You'd think it was common sense but you'd be surprised how many chum bags are floating around out there.
