billsfan89 Posted March 20, 2017 Posted March 20, 2017 Solid at what he does, nice player to have back.
dgrochester55 Posted March 20, 2017 Posted March 20, 2017 (edited) We only had three receivers two weeks ago, now there are seven. At least there isn't a shortage anymore. I still think a #2 needs to be added somewhere. I would imagine that Tate is competing with Butler, Powell and Washington for roster spots in preseason. Edited March 20, 2017 by dgrochester55

Long way to go.
CNY315 Posted March 20, 2017 Posted March 20, 2017 LB is not a position of strength, but it's so far down the list of gaping, glaring holes that I am honestly confused why people keep interjecting about it. I disagree but respect
LABILLBACKER Posted March 21, 2017 Posted March 21, 2017 Best Return Man we've had in several years. Great re-signing and this makes my day, very happy Brandon Tate is back!! The only problem is now we have (6) #4 wr's. I still want Corey Davis!
DaBillsFanSince1973 Posted March 21, 2017 Posted March 21, 2017 (edited) great re-signing. Edited March 21, 2017 by DaBillsFanSince1973
boyst Posted March 21, 2017 Posted March 21, 2017 i like this move. now i really want to see us pick up another cb and a wr. a right tackle is too late, a safety is going to be tough. i can roll in to next season with who we have at safety already.
RyanC883 Posted March 21, 2017 Posted March 21, 2017 Very solid, good all-around football player. You need guys like this to have a winning team. Reliable guy.
PO16FFS Posted March 21, 2017 Posted March 21, 2017 average move..he started on fire, but faded badly at the end of the year. Doesnt hurt, doesnt make us a contender.
Prickly Pete Posted March 21, 2017 Posted March 21, 2017 @buffalobills He's back! We've re-signed receiver and return man Brandon Tate. #GoBills http://m.buffalobills.com/news/article-1/Bills-keep-return-man-Tate/1c97c87f-fff9-4c67-a5ee-f8dca688ec16 .@buffalobills WR/KR Brandon Tate ranked second in the AFC last season with a punt return average of 11.6 yards. He plays smart....because he was well coached by Belichick.
Green Lightning Posted March 21, 2017 Posted March 21, 2017 re: both above, he's been in the league 8 years and played with Brady before, so doubt he's about to blossom as a WR, but please B Tate by all means prove me wrong not saying he is who I would take, but Peppers is the LB/S hybrid that screams "good fit" Or screams Maybin. Nothing like a 1st round tweener. Eric Flowers, Maybin - just no. i like this move. now i really want to see us pick up another cb and a wr. a right tackle is too late, a safety is going to be tough. i can roll in to next season with who we have at safety already. Mostly yes but RT is just in a bad way. I can't take another year of our RT frozen in carbinite against any speed rusher.
racketmaster Posted March 21, 2017 Posted March 21, 2017 I can't tell you how much more comfortable i felt with Tate back there fielding kickoffs and punt returns as opposed to when the Bills had McKelvin back there.
