BrooklynBills Posted March 17, 2017 Posted March 17, 2017 Hmm idk, Akiem Hicks was traded to the Pats* from The Saints on Sept 30th of 2015, he didn't even play all 16 games of 2015 as a Patriot... and he counted as a lost player for the 2017 draft comp picks when he became a FA. i think thats because hicks was still playing under the contact that he originally signed with the Saints when he finished up with NE. Johnson didnt sign a contract with CAR until July of last year and I'm pretty sure that a qualifying UFA lost needs to be signed during the initial free agency period before the draft. But i'll admit i'm not 100% sure about him now.
TaskerTough Posted March 17, 2017 Posted March 17, 2017 I believe this belongs in the fastest way back to the playoffs thread
transient Posted March 17, 2017 Posted March 17, 2017 Camp bodies Fodder. You mean fodder. fod·der [ˈfädər] NOUN food, especially dried hay or feed, for cattle and other livestock. WTF is going on in the kitchen at SJF?
Solomon Grundy Posted March 17, 2017 Posted March 17, 2017 I'm beginning to see a trend at WR: 1) Corey "Philly" Smith 2) Corey Washington 3) Corey Davis????
YoloinOhio Posted March 17, 2017 Author Posted March 17, 2017 The Bills still need to sign 25 more guys to get to 90. And that doesn't include the 6 draft picks. Gonna be a lot of these signings.
K-9 Posted March 17, 2017 Posted March 17, 2017 I'm beginning to see a trend at WR: 1) Corey "Philly" Smith 2) Corey Washington 3) Corey Davis???? Professor Irwin Corey

Bronxbomber21 Posted March 17, 2017 Posted March 17, 2017 Corey Washington 6"4 215. Jerry Butler 6"3 210 Andre Holmes 6"4 220 I guess McDermott isn't a fan of small WRs.
OldTimeAFLGuy Posted March 17, 2017 Posted March 17, 2017 Corey Washington 6"4 215. Jerry Butler 6"3 210 Andre Holmes 6"4 220 I guess McDermott isn't a fan of small WRs. ....well, when your QB needs bi-focals and a step ladder to find receivers,.....think I;ll leave it right there.........
Elite Poster Posted March 17, 2017 Posted March 17, 2017 Given that Whaley just forfeited 3 3rd round comp picks with these signings, it's probably going to be much easier to fit all 90 players under the cap. Um.

Numark3 Posted March 17, 2017 Posted March 17, 2017 "gutted" Such a strong word We lost Gilmore yes....Robey was getting outplayed by a Seymore by the end of the year. Im thinking we are gonna taking two corner's in this corner rich draft. Our safeties are gone too

BillsCelticsAngelsBama Posted March 17, 2017 Posted March 17, 2017 We need a"Corey Williams" to sign and we be cruzin'
John from Riverside Posted March 17, 2017 Posted March 17, 2017 Our safeties are gone too and replaced by younger....possibly better...replacements. Remember...Williams barely played last year
Kmart128 Posted March 17, 2017 Posted March 17, 2017 Leonard Johnson decent add. Other signings just Camp bodies. Washington may have some potential as a redzone target.
thunderingsquid Posted March 17, 2017 Posted March 17, 2017 http://www.panthers.com/news/article-2/Panthers-sign-CB-Leonard-Johnson/7671e7a4-757d-4511-a51d-ecd7b70fa18f was nickel corner for 3 years, not bad Replace Robey-Coleman?
Adam727 Posted March 17, 2017 Posted March 17, 2017 We need a comp picks status check, pronto! Lol it's funny because draft picks don't matter... Now if the Bills can trick one of the teams that don't know better yet and are still foolishly trying to build through the draft into taking all of the Bills remaining 2017 draft picks, that would free up enough space to sign more roster bubble players we've never heard of..
Buffalo_Stampede Posted March 17, 2017 Posted March 17, 2017 This feels like the Ralph days. Not at all. Bills are rebuilding the defensive back 7. Lbs and DBs. They will draft them. I think they may re-sign Zach Brown.
