BuffAlone Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 Every contract offer seems to go through the players union. They logged it as a completed transaction mistakenly and leaked the Bills structure to 31 other teams. is there any tampering laws on anything like that? That just seems ridiculous. Unbelievable. ..
YoloinOhio Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 So is the NFLpa going to release every team's offer to Holmes? They should.
Schpiely Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 It sounds to me as if it was signed and THEN after the leak, his agent found out that there would be better offers available and is now trying to get out of it. Either way, this is not looking good for anyone involved.
Eric Moulds on my A** Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 There will be lawyers. As soon as Cordarrelle went to the Raiders I wondered where Holmes was and had seen visits made to the Lions. Really would've been an upgrade over Hunter. Damn.
boyst Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 i hope he did not sign just because i hate rodak that much.
Blokestradamus Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 is there any tampering laws on anything like that? That just seems ridiculous. Unbelievable. .. As far as I know, there's not many instances like this to draw upon as an industry precedent. Yolo's idea of announcing every offer might actually be the best course of action. Precludes 31 other teams having a full advantage but damage is considerably done to Buffalo already.
H2o Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 How are the Bills loosing something they didn't have to begin with. It's sad, I come on here to get news on the Bills and I end up seeing garbag replies like this.See the two previous ****ing posts where I said it was sarcasm. How about read through the whole thread before making garbage responses.
BuffaloHokie13 Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 Let's look at the bright side. If someone out-bids us it may be grounds to fire Rodak!
JimKellyTryouts Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 Something similar happened with Emmanuel Sanders and the chiefs right? And there was that debacle over the fax machine for the Broncos keeping Elvis Dumervill. **** you, NFL.
GETTOTHE50 Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 i hope he did not sign just because i hate rodak that much. lol talk about running deep.
Blokestradamus Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 Let's look at the bright side. If someone out-bids us it may be grounds to fire Rodak! He'd take ESPN to the cleaners for wrongful dismissal. Actually, that doesn't sound too bad.
nucci Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 Clueless on how this entire process works. Never ceases to amaze me on here, thank you. Sarcasm
JimKellyTryouts Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 Sarcasm "Comp picks" may be a more lethal trigger phrase than "wide right" here

Saint Doug Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 nflpa error Bills should file a complaint and demand a draft pick in return Definitely should get a comp pick. I thought they should've got one from the Buddy phone call debacle too.
