Seems to make John Bolton the scapegoat with his support of Iraq War and overthrowing Gadaffi in Libya. I was skeptical of the Kim Regime ever giving up their nukes given the history of the last 50 or so years of them building up nukes while deceiving America and our allies despite Trump's denuclearization rhetoric.
