26CornerBlitz Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 @TBNSports The inside story of Chad Kelly's anxious #NFLDraft experience, and how it went right down to the wire. @ByTimGraham: http://bit.ly/2pwDnHY
Koko78 Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 Maybe being Mr. Irrelevant will teach the kid some humility.
YoloinOhio Posted May 3, 2017 Posted May 3, 2017 This is still my Chad Kelly NFL comp http://thecomeback.com/freezingcoldtakes/nfl/zach-mettenberger-titans-2014-nfl-draft.html?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter

Hapless Bills Fan Posted May 3, 2017 Posted May 3, 2017 I think this is the best course of action for all parties. If we must revisit it in the future, at least let it be preseason. Some of us need a break This. I will say, that if the kid has a chance to succeed anywhere, let it be with a team where he doesn't carry the baggage of his name as he would here.
TheFunPolice Posted May 3, 2017 Posted May 3, 2017 Him coming here puts too much pressure on everyone. Coaches HAVE to play him. He HAS to be good. Fans clamoring for him because of his name. His HOF famous uncle lurking around if Tyrod struggles. Just no good either way. Denver is a good spot for him and I wish him well. Just not too well. I wish him a Ryan Fitzpatrick type career, full of big $$ and a chance to tour the country and experience a lot of different cities.
bmur66 Posted May 3, 2017 Posted May 3, 2017 Maybe John Elway has a nephew coming up that we can draft
Captain Murica Posted May 3, 2017 Posted May 3, 2017 Maybe John Elway has a nephew coming up that we can draft I'm looking forward to the next spawn of Manning and drafting them.
Elite Poster Posted May 3, 2017 Posted May 3, 2017 Only in Buffalo, did that last name matter. 7th round, DEAD last - doing his buddy a favor.

I think he's a boom or bust type player. He's either going to be a star or a total bust. Chad is all about Chad. If he doesn't become a star I could envision him tuning out and not putting in the proper effort.
26CornerBlitz Posted May 11, 2017 Posted May 11, 2017 @SInow Jim Kelly says his nephew and Broncos rookie QB, Chad Kelly, has 'finally got it' — 'Learn the system and be humble' http://on.si.com/2qxGj8E
OldTimeAFLGuy Posted May 11, 2017 Posted May 11, 2017 ..the "Kohler flush" still awaits......he should finally get "IT" as in Kohler................
Buffalo Barbarian Posted May 12, 2017 Posted May 12, 2017 Maybe John Elway has a nephew coming up that we can draft Yep Sam Darnold
PromoTheRobot Posted May 12, 2017 Posted May 12, 2017 (edited) Who do the Broncos actually have at QB? Lynch, Siemian and Kelly? Not exactly mountains to climb over. Edited May 12, 2017 by PromoTheRobot
