Apparently one of the wrinkles on John's face was a little crooked. Chad took that as a sign of disrespect towards him or some other member of his family. Chad made a fist and some kind of weird grunting noise, then started chanting "Come at me bro.....come at me BRO!" A somewhat stunned Elway immediately knocked him out with a right hook.
