RVJ
TOP 10 PROSPECTS 1. Ronnie Brown, RB, Auburn (6-foot, 233 pounds) He dominated the combine talk after running a 40-yard dash in the low 4.4-second range. Some scouts clocked him in the 4.3s. For a player his size, that was stunning. He also went through drills and looked sharp. One of the most impressive aspects was that Brown decided to run at all. Teams think he loves competition, and they like his friendly rivalry with fellow Auburn backfield mate Carnell Williams. With his speed and ability to catch the ball, Brown is a complete back who appears to have a little more zip than Texas' Cedric Benson. Now I want to know if this is true....Willis McGahee CAMPUS AGILITY TESTS 4.24 in the 40-yard dash … 3.69 in the 20-yard shuttle … 41-inch vertical jump … 10-foot-11 broad jump … 375-pound bench press. http://www.nfl.com/draft/profiles/mcgahee_willis
R. Rich
He should be an outstanding pro. Both he and Cadillac were great at Auburn. This is turning out to be a really nice group of RBs this year.
RVJ
Is it true that Willis ran a 4.24 in the 40. If so it must have been before the injury.
R. Rich
That may have been some bogus report sent out by Rosenhaus on McGahee's behalf. As far as I know, he didn't run a 4.2 at any workout.

Actually I heard from Rosenhaus that Willis ran so fast, time went backwards! Seriously though, I've heard the 4.24 time. Of course it was probably "unofficial," but the kid had/has wheels. scribo
I really hope Willis' speed is back in full for the upcoming season. Combine that speed with his stiff arms and tackle breaking... fugget about it.
