thunderingsquid Posted March 10, 2017 Posted March 10, 2017 I'd rather us methodically fill holes (like we are doing) rather than make a big splash that will handcuff us financially for years.
wilcoam Posted March 10, 2017 Posted March 10, 2017 Nobody said Hyde sucked, and nobody said it wasn't a decent signing, it absolutely fills a nice hole created by having let NRC go I agree as a nickle CB Hyde should be a fine addition, an upgrade to NRC and or what we had in Rambo But as our starting safety, not so much, its likely to remain a position of liability So as the last poster stated, it should not stop our Bills from spending a high draft pick on a young safety with a much higher ceiling That is if you think in this defense a higher level safety is required, or in the pass happy NFL, higher level safeties are needed I do jc
26CornerBlitz Posted March 10, 2017 Posted March 10, 2017 Micah Hyde: "I'm Here to Help, I Want to Win" (14:17)The Bills safety talks about why he signed with the Bills, what role he envisions on the team, and why being versatile is so important.
cover1 Posted March 11, 2017 Posted March 11, 2017 The guy is going to be used a lot. I do agree, it shouldnt stop them from looking at a S in the draft if one of the top two are there. Poyer looks like a decent player too. Feisty, player that can play in the box. Heres a Micah Hyde film breakdown. http://www.cover1.net/2017/03/free-agent-signing-scb-micah-hyde/
wppete Posted March 12, 2017 Posted March 12, 2017 Really pumped to have this guy on our team. Here is his intro press conference vide: http://www.buffalobills.com/video/videos/Micah-Hyde-Im-Here-to-Help-I-Want-to-Win/ca5ecf3d-b393-44a1-bcc1-184261fcd779
