aint like he is going to start.

Is It ?!

doubtful, but he knows the blocking scheme from playing for Castillo. Sounds like depth. Edited by YoloinOhio

No. If you gain as many as you lose, even if one player got $20M, you still can only get a seventh rounder.

There's no way they'll be at anything other than a net loss. They stand to lose:

Goodwin

Gilmore

Zach

Woods

Mills

Bryant

And then there's the possibility of losing:

Tate

Hunter

Harvin

Gragg

EJ

Good news: Mike Tolbert doesn't count as an addition in the compensatory pick formula, as he was cut by the Panthers last month. For those that don't know players that are cut do not count as additions in the comp. pick formula.

So far both Vlad Ducasse & the FB we signed from ATL do count as additions:

The Bills better be very careful and not sign more FA than we lose because doing so would cost us a 3rd round comp pick in next years draft (for losing Gilmore). No way I want to risk losing a top 100 draft pick next year because I signed a bum like Vlad Ducasse this year.

another comp pick gone????

we have 22 UFA and have released another 10 or so.......we need these depth players more then a freakin 6th round comp pick next year.....i love draft picks as much as the next guy but cmon......how bout a GM that actually works the draft board in more ways then just moving up and I dont wanna hear that you need a trade partner......every year bellicheck finds 10 of em and constantly stock piles for the next year.....signing depth Free agents is NOT the problem

Not really, but keep it up.

I'm no hater, just realistic. The most important thing for Comp picks is loss vs gain. So we may still get a comp pick bc of Gilmore and the large contract he expects. But this signing and DiMarco will certainly affect our net gain/loss. Without the contract, we don't entirely know. By it'll probably cancel out losing Goodwin to SF.

How not really?

We need to sign like 25 free agents to not get any comp picks. Getting comp picks is purely based on how many guys you sign versus how many guys that you have lost. Then they determine the value if your key guys that you've lost.

It doesn't matter if the guys that you've lost do not sign any where

I am still pissed at not keeping Felton. He crushed players. Then i say to self, Juice looks really good though after review. I am On board to bring him in!!

But we get this guy from the Falcons?

Whales is out to lunch sometimes.
who the heck is Vlad the Impaler anyways?

My Grandson was going to named Vlad.

But we named him Ivan. true story

this zone blocking had best be the new rage!

As long as Ritchie still get to pull and get downfield i do not care what they run. I love pancakes with real Maple syrup

Also, according to over the cap, only compensatory FAs of the same "tier" cancel each other out.

My understanding was if there's a net zero, the max pick you can get is a 7th.
