If they can get Hoyer for a reasonable price they may not need to draft a QB this year. They would have a very capable QB group with Taylor/Hoyer/C. Jones in the fold. That may allow them to trade down in R1 to obtain more picks. They have a big hole at RT/CB/WR/LB/S/K/P. They could use another TE. Like I said, lots of holes to fill.
