There are two sides to this "factor".  The first is our system has a built in bias against blacks resulting from the period of slavery that has carried through to this day.  The second is that Asian cultural values along with their willingness and desire to assimilate into American culture has lead to success while blacks that don't succeed refuse to adopt the cultural traits required to succeed in the context of American culture.

My fundamental problem with all the racial generalizations that are driving all the current narratives is they contradict all concepts of individual freedom.  Are we to believe that just because somebody is White or Black or Asian or Hispanic that they by default adopt and hold all the characteristics of the current stereotype of each racial group?  The concept of the individual is completely lost on people pushing the diversity and race narrative.  Its to the point they can't even comprehend of the concept of the individual.  And seek to erase this concept.

I know and work with people from all races, background, nationalities, beliefs.  They all share common traits,  Hard work, drive, family, honesty, integrity, etc.   I don't even recognize or think of them by their race.  I expect most people feel the same as I do and view the diversity and race baiting narratives with total contempt.  If you don't you should, because what's at risk is a loss of individual freedom.  That is the basic concept that defines what America is all about.   A concept the race baiters and socialist and communist absolutely hate as it completely obliterates their arguments and agenda.  If you look at everything they propose from the perspective of eroding individual freedom, and using the force of government to push people into arrangements against their will, you'll see what they''re really all about.  I think one work for it might be totalitarianism.

Their goal here isn't to improve the lives of oppressed minorities or equality or social justice.  The goal is to sow the seeds of conflict in order to gain power, political, social, economic.  Unfortunately most political and business leaders lack the guts and fortitude to stand up to it because all they care about is the mob leaving them alone and going after somebody else.  What they don't seem to understand is all in good time they'll get to you too.

Isn’t Trump a white leader? He continually harps on the idea that whites are losing, or that we need to stop immigrants because they are criminals in his eyes. I see a big part of the things you decry as reactions against Trump and his racism.

I truly understand DC Tom's prolific use of the term "Idiot" now. I haven't the slightest desire to engage you with your incessant horseshit lies but I do want to acknowledge your mastery of idiocy. You're an idiot.

(CNN)A Black Louisiana man will spend the rest of his life in prison for stealing hedge clippers, after the Louisiana Supreme Court denied his request to have his sentence overturned last week.

Fair Wayne Bryant, 62, was convicted in 1997 on one count of attempted simple burglary. In his appeal to the Second Circuit Court of Louisiana in 2018, his attorney, Peggy Sullivan, wrote that Bryant "contends that his life sentence is unconstitutionally harsh and excessive."
Last week, though, the state Supreme Court disagreed -- with five justices choosing to uphold the life sentence.
The lone dissenter in the decision was Supreme Court Chief Justice Bernette Johnson, who wrote that "the sentence imposed is excessive and disproportionate to the offense the defendant committed."

More from that link:

"The sentence is sanctioned under the habitual offender law, Johnson noted in her dissent, meaning that Bryant's previous criminal history supports the sentence.
Bryant was convicted in 1979 for attempted armed robbery, in 1987 for possession of stolen things, attempted forgery of a check worth $150 in 1989 and for simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling in 1992, all before his 1997 arrest for the failed attempt at stealing the hedge clippers."

You should just call this Joe Biden's Way. This kindofshit is what he championed along with the well known pedophile Bill Clinton. While Trump succeeded in getting prison reform passed, Barack & Joe sat on their hands. Just think, you are supporting the guy who claims he was the cause of the sentencing above while at the same time excorciating Trump, the guy who fought against this. Have you no shame?

This does seem excessive since his only violent crime was in 1979 but the sentence is what was required at the time under the Biden sponsored criminal bill. The problem with the headline is it intentionally misleading by leaving out 80% of the information required to understand what happened.

Kemp/Tiberius, caught with their hands in the cookie jar. Do you think either one of them will respond to either one of us now that they've been caught? I say they're too chickenshit to do so.

This shouldn't be surprising. The Louisiana Supreme Court are the same #######s who upheld denial of suppression of a statement given after a black man asked for a lawyer.

They ridiculously (and pretty disingenuously) interpreted his statement, "just give me a lawyer, dog" as a literal request for a canine attorney.

(CNN)A military veteran serving a life sentence for selling less than $30 worth of marijuana will soon be released from prison, his attorney said.

Derek Harris, who was arrested in 2008 in Louisiana for selling an officer .69 grams of marijuana, was recently resentenced to time served. He's already served nine years in prison.
Initially, Harris was convicted and sentenced to 15 years in prison, according to the Louisiana Supreme Court. He was resentenced in 2012 to life in prison under the Habitual Offender Law, which allows judges to impose stricter sentences on someone who's been charged before.

What a shame Obama & Biden didn't do anything about prison reform. Then again Obama never was a president that cared about getting U.S. citizens or servicemen out of foreign or domestic prisons.

There's the difference between us, I'm an American and considered both my president, even though I didn't like Obama.

The word "racist" is so over-used that it no longer has the same meaning.  A racist used to apply to someone that would deny or inhibit others the exercise of their legal rights under the law.  Now it's a moral judgement liberals use to silence or marginalize anyone they don't like.
