switz1610 Posted March 2, 2017 Posted March 2, 2017 Shocked that I haven't seen a thread on him yet. He applied for reinstatement and won't be welcomed back to the Browns. Do you make a run at him on a prove-it deal? This wouldn't preclude drafting a WR at 10 or resigning Woods and drafting a S/CB or trading down at 10.
Beef Jerky Posted March 2, 2017 Posted March 2, 2017 No thanks I don't know how you change his tattoo, Rex's was easy.
NoSaint Posted March 2, 2017 Posted March 2, 2017 There have been a bunch of threads. The general consensus is maybe if really cheap trade or cut and sign s similarly reasonable contract but no ones all that gung ho about him
BillsFan2313 Posted March 2, 2017 Posted March 2, 2017 Yup. I would take a chance on him. Since you cant trust him however, you still need to address the WR position elsewhere. Rather later in the draft (2nd, 3rd) or another free agent pick up.
YoloinOhio Posted March 2, 2017 Posted March 2, 2017 I'm all for 22nd chances, but I wouldn't get your hopes up on this one. He doesn't seem like Sean's type of player.
switz1610 Posted March 2, 2017 Author Posted March 2, 2017 His story of redemption would be Russ Brandon gold.
VirginiaMike Posted March 2, 2017 Posted March 2, 2017 I say NO! He's had second and third chances. No need for the disruption. Although, if you think back, the Bills signed TO when no one wanted to touch him and he was good with us.
Beef Jerky Posted March 2, 2017 Posted March 2, 2017 (edited) What number could he change his tattoo to? So much pointing in the direction that he would NEVER be a Bills. Edited March 2, 2017 by Beef Jerky
aristocrat Posted March 2, 2017 Posted March 2, 2017 he's still only 25. i'd take a shot but the money has to be incentive based.

You would be less surprised if you used "search"..... His story of redemption would be Russ Brandon gold. huh?
aristocrat Posted March 2, 2017 Posted March 2, 2017 This is has pats move all over it. He'll put up a huge year there, pats repeat. ugh
switz1610 Posted March 2, 2017 Author Posted March 2, 2017 You would be less surprised if you used "search"..... huh? a) No thread since January 15. b) You can't see a pre-season "Road to Redemption" video on the Bills' site? RB would be ham bone'd for this sort of offseason storyline.
Webster Guy Posted March 2, 2017 Posted March 2, 2017 Dallas, Seattle or Raiders. They prioritize a player's character last on the list.
Meathead Posted March 2, 2017 Posted March 2, 2017 its a tough call. he did voluntarily enter a rehab program so maybe hes finally recognized he has a problem and wants to deal with it. and hes so loaded with natural talent that he might be worth the risk. if he does work out for whomever takes a chance on his it would be a tremendous on the field payback.
Marty McFly Posted March 2, 2017 Posted March 2, 2017 he's still only 25. i'd take a shot but the money has to be incentive based. Yep. Give him a shot. Incentive based so you know hes gotta show up to work to make $$$.
Beef Jerky Posted March 2, 2017 Posted March 2, 2017 This is has pats move all over it. He'll put up a huge year there, pats repeat. ugh Patriots move would be they grab him and he does absolutely nothing like they usually do.
switz1610 Posted March 3, 2017 Author Posted March 3, 2017 Objectively speaking (the cost would be comparable), would you rather have Robert Woods or Josh Gordon? Gordon is a no-brainer.
Beef Jerky Posted March 3, 2017 Posted March 3, 2017 Objectively speaking (the cost would be comparable), would you rather have Robert Woods or Josh Gordon? Gordon is a no-brainer. Robert Woods will at least play football. Gordon probably gets suspended again.
