H2o Posted March 5, 2017 Posted March 5, 2017 Hendrickson just showed well in that drill too. Nice feet and moves smoothe.
Kirby Jackson Posted March 5, 2017 Posted March 5, 2017 Â After watching him in the Shrine Game (where I thought he was effective, yet inconsistent), I wondered if he might just be a healthier version of Hau'oli Kikaha. Rotational guy that gets a lot of effort sacks but not really a great all-around player. Kikaha laughed so hard at this that he tore his ACL and will be out again this season.
Blokestradamus Posted March 5, 2017 Posted March 5, 2017 Kikaha laughed so hard at this that he tore his ACL and will be out again this season. Â I wanted to believe in Hau'oli so much. Never has someone been so productive yet so meh.

I liked what I saw at Shrine Game......I assumed he wouldn't test that great athletically and go in round 4-5, which would have been a good place for a team to take and develop him without much pressure. Probably not the case now, but we'll see.

P51 Posted March 5, 2017 Posted March 5, 2017 (edited)  I agree but I like S Justin Evans from Texas A&M in the 3rd, he would fit our scheme perfect. I hope he stays under the radar and he happens to be our pick in the 3rd, should it be Watson and Jones in rounds 1 & 2 respectively. That would be acceptable He feels "idiot proof" to me as a prospect. High floor - high ceilingIf by some chance he's there at 10 I expect him to be the pick. Edit: Not seeing him making to 10 however. Edited March 5, 2017 by P51
Blokestradamus Posted March 5, 2017 Posted March 5, 2017 Justin Evans has a quad injury, won't run tomorrow. Shame because I think he'd be in the 4.45 range. Â And one of my guys started out alright. Â @JoshNorris Pita Taumoepenu 1st forty 4.67, 10 yd of 1.66
thebandit27 Posted March 5, 2017 Posted March 5, 2017 I'm watching for my boy Jayon Brown's 3-cone and short-shuttle times. Â Instant contributor as a sub-package guy
Blokestradamus Posted March 5, 2017 Posted March 5, 2017 Jordan Willis 4.53. Goodness gracious. Can't wait for the 10 second 3-cone

jeffismagic Posted March 5, 2017 Posted March 5, 2017 Myles Garrett Vertical 41 Â Congratulations Cleveland, you are about to get better.
Blokestradamus Posted March 5, 2017 Posted March 5, 2017 Myles Garrett Vertical 41 Â Those "rehab guy jumping out of the pool" videos you see? Myles would leave the atmosphere.
YoloinOhio Posted March 5, 2017 Author Posted March 5, 2017 (edited) MG just Broad Jumped 10.8. Thats an Explosion score of 84.8 (Bench+Vert+Broad...70 is considered a plus explosion level) Â Congratulations Cleveland, you are about to get better. unless they trade the pick, which has been their history Edited March 5, 2017 by YoloinOhio
MAJBobby Posted March 5, 2017 Posted March 5, 2017 Love how much Mayock hates broadcasting the combine. His little you can tell how annoyed he gets throughout the day
C.Biscuit97 Posted March 5, 2017 Posted March 5, 2017 He feels "idiot proof" to me as a prospect. High floor - high ceiling Agree a million percent. It seems hard to go wrong with Stanford guys since Harbaugh got there. High character, smart guys. The best and most true college football program in the country. Â Plus, Thomas can talk us up to David Shaw if SM doesn't get the job done. Love how much Mayock hates broadcasting the combine. His little you can tell how annoyed he gets throughout the day Is that kinda like a porn"star" saying they hate sex?

Maybe it is just being with Rich. Something obviously annoys him about the entire thing if you listen to him.

C.Biscuit97 Posted March 5, 2017 Posted March 5, 2017 Almost identical to Mario Williams--just as I said Up until Rex's first year, we got the best of Mario. But could you imagine if he had Kyle Williams' motor? He would have been a HOFer. I bump into football players occasionally and measure up size wise decently with a lot of them. MARIO was a different human being. God made him to be a dominant DE.
26CornerBlitz Posted March 5, 2017 Posted March 5, 2017 @NFLResearch Myles Garrett at the combine: Taller than Julio Jones Heavier than Rob Gronkowski Quicker than Devonta Freeman Faster than Jarvis Landry
