Doug lets Gilmore walk and signs Eric Berry

Gilmore is good but just not that good to give top dollar to. Let someone else pay him.

Berry is great. He is 28 and safeties can play at a high level at an older age. He has 4-5 years left of great football.

Doug has depth at CB already and probably feels he can get a CB in the draft. The best safeties may be off the board at #10 and they need offense at #10 - either QB, WR, or TE. My vote would be for Tyrod and a WR at #10.

Graham is then cut and AW returns on a reworked deal. The secondary now becomes a strength along with the DL.

These moves get the Bills to 10 maybe 11 wins by addressing the worst unit and weakens a competitor.

Silly but not out of the realm of possibility.

Oh, ok, enlighten me then. Some of you people are ridiculous, a simple post has to become a great debate.

The Bills would have to take a $20M dead cap hit on Dareus (or something like that). Trading him isn't an option.

The Bills sign Eric Berry.

Hardly silly IMO except for the 13 million he might get. Be a great score.

Silly would be not retaining Alexander and Z Brown on team friendly contract. Not that they would take one. By Bills certainly better offer up something to keep them
