FireChan Posted February 26, 2017 Posted February 26, 2017 I'm dismayed, too, that he dies from complications from surgery, and no one here has yet posted "RIP Bill Paxton's spleen." And you know...for all the reputation Sean Bean has for dying in roles, a "Bill Paxton Death movie marathon" is actually a pretty good one. Terminator, Aliens, Predator 2, True Lies, Tombstone, Vertical Limit, Edge of Tomorrow. I'm sure there's a few others. Not that that movie marathon is going to win any Oscars...but that's an entertaining day of movies. But I'll really remember him as the radio operator in Pat Benatar's "Shadows of the Night" music video. He didn't die in True Lies.
DC Tom Posted February 26, 2017 Posted February 26, 2017 He didn't die in True Lies. It's fantasized about. I count that.
Buffalo Barbarian Posted February 26, 2017 Posted February 26, 2017 http://www.nydailynews.com/news/national/bill-paxton-dead-61-article-1.2982645 That is a shocker, I planned on watching his new show Training Day. He didn't die in True Lies. he knew too much and was poisoned on the table
flomoe Posted February 27, 2017 Posted February 27, 2017 Great actor that played in a variety of roles and played every part wonderfully, with the exception of Twister, I just never cared for him in that. He will be missed.
DC Tom Posted February 27, 2017 Posted February 27, 2017 Great actor that played in a variety of roles and played every part wonderfully, with the exception of Twister, I just never cared for him in that. He was in it for the money, not the acting.
flomoe Posted February 27, 2017 Posted February 27, 2017 He was in it for the money, not the acting. You are an Idiot!
DC Tom Posted February 27, 2017 Posted February 27, 2017 You are an Idiot! I'm quoting his character from Twister, you dumbass.
eball Posted February 27, 2017 Posted February 27, 2017 That is a shocker, I planned on watching his new show Training Day. Well, they already filmed the entire season so you'll get your wish.
flomoe Posted February 28, 2017 Posted February 28, 2017 I'm quoting his character from Twister, you dumbass. Like I said, I didn't like Twister and really don't recall any of his lines in the movie. Plus, you really hate people calling you an idiot, apparently. I was just trying to be funny.
DC Tom Posted February 28, 2017 Posted February 28, 2017 Like I said, I didn't like Twister and really don't recall any of his lines in the movie. That's why I quoted him from Twister. Plus, you really hate people calling you an idiot, apparently. I was just trying to be funny. I don't hate it. I honestly don't care either way. Except that it's only funny when I do it, and get your own !@#$ing shtick, poser.
Nanker Posted March 1, 2017 Posted March 1, 2017 He was very entertaining and believable on screen. RIP.
