#34fan Posted February 26, 2017 Posted February 26, 2017 UGH! -Loved him in every movie he EVER DID! -Very sad to see him go.... RIP, Bill....
Alaska Darin Posted February 26, 2017 Posted February 26, 2017 I gave "Training Day" a shot - it's VERY good. He was a great actor with tremendous range. RIP.
B-Man Posted February 26, 2017 Posted February 26, 2017 Prayers for him and his family.............(married to his wife 30 years)
JohnC Posted February 26, 2017 Posted February 26, 2017 rip 61 is a spring chicken. hell, beerball is like 94 and still kickin' Beerball is actually 36 although he looks like he is 94. Hard living does that to you.
eball Posted February 26, 2017 Posted February 26, 2017 Very sad, and much too young. I always enjoyed his roles.
KD in CA Posted February 26, 2017 Posted February 26, 2017 Wow, that sucks. He did a lot of good stuff, but my favorite image of him is still smacking Anthony Michael Hall and Suzanne Snyder on the head with his shotgun. RIP
Deranged Rhino Posted February 26, 2017 Posted February 26, 2017 His game is indeed finally over. to a great.
BADOLBILZ Posted February 26, 2017 Posted February 26, 2017 http://www.nydailynews.com/news/national/bill-paxton-dead-61-article-1.2982645 I thought he was great in the early seasons of Big Love on HBO. They hastily wrapped up and ruined the series but that was the best of his work that I saw.
section122 Posted February 26, 2017 Posted February 26, 2017 frailty. if you haven't seen it now is the time. he was amazing in that movie.
Deranged Rhino Posted February 26, 2017 Posted February 26, 2017 frailty. if you haven't seen it now is the time. he was amazing in that movie. His baby, wrote and directed it. Very fun flick.
boyst Posted February 26, 2017 Posted February 26, 2017 had remembered a friend of mine is great friends with him. he does a lot for local artists across the country. she knew him through that and he was a supporter of their project. he was in town a while back for some event they hosted and i had a chance to go but declined.
Deranged Rhino Posted February 26, 2017 Posted February 26, 2017 RIP He was great in Independence Day.
DC Tom Posted February 26, 2017 Posted February 26, 2017 I'm dismayed, too, that he dies from complications from surgery, and no one here has yet posted "RIP Bill Paxton's spleen." And you know...for all the reputation Sean Bean has for dying in roles, a "Bill Paxton Death movie marathon" is actually a pretty good one. Terminator, Aliens, Predator 2, True Lies, Tombstone, Vertical Limit, Edge of Tomorrow. I'm sure there's a few others. Not that that movie marathon is going to win any Oscars...but that's an entertaining day of movies. But I'll really remember him as the radio operator in Pat Benatar's "Shadows of the Night" music video.
