Extra picks in rounds 3-5 on top of what they already have can rebuild a team fast. At least Cleveland has a plan, but they are now approaching over-kill territory. When you have that many picks their value starts to decline. How does that happen?

I'm not necessarily looking at each pick as a player that needs a roster spot, but rather more value in overall draft capital or simply more room to address different needs.

Seattle didn't get there by having 12 picks in one draft. They got there by being smart with who they chose -- then they had to make tough choices regarding who they kept vs. who they let go. I didn't say anything about Seattle's last 5 years and whether I want the Bills to have that kind of success.

The Pro Bowl ain't All-Pro. Pete's made the playoffs 5 years in a row with 2 SB appearances. He must be crushed.

Let go of every player with any sort of talent and collect draft picks and cap space,then pray some of those picks turn into good players and grossly overpay for FAs to convince them to sign for a team that has been a complete dumpster fire laughingstock since they were brought back in the league? How could that plan fail?
