He may not see an indictment (fingers crossed he does), but I got even money on him "disappearing" in the near future. Putting the former head of an intel agency on trial seems like a very dangerous thing to do for NatSec reasons (discovery alone would be a tightrope walk I imagine). But I hope I'm wrong on that call and he is frog marched into court. 4) Rubio became the acting head when Burr stepped down after his insider trading scandal. I believe it's only acting because Burr still is the chair until he's either tossed or prosecuted. 2
