I don't actually. Some dumb franchise like the Rams, Chargers or Redskins will overpay him. I could see Lynn making Woods a priority because he knows the offense and is a great run blocker. Woods would probably love to return to SoCal.

I don't see the Chargers as dumb - he'd be a good fit for Rivers. He needs a guy like that.

Meh. As BADOL says, Woods has skates for feet with the ball in his hands.

He had skates in 2015 because he was playing with a torn groin for most of the season. He didn't fall down upon catching the ball this past season.

I thought it was a reasonable assessment. I agree with keeping Felton, and I would also like to see them keep Hunter, Tate, and Gragg if they come at a reasonable price, though none are irreplaceable.

How are the Chargers in such cap trouble with that roster?

As for this season, I don't remember Woods running with the ball in his hands outside of 2-3 plays.

That was the excuse. :flirt:

But when given space he didn't make any plays with the football this year either.

He's a relatively long strides, smooth route runner......which makes him a nice intermediate receiver......that's where he does all of his work.......but he isn't sudden, explosive, powerful, well balanced.......he basically lacks the traits to make plays in space with the ball in his hands.

He's also in a constant state of injury.

Felton for sure should be re-signed (ask Shady) and I'd like to see us to keep Hunter. I wouldn't mind us re-signing Woods, but for no more than $4,000,000 per. If he gets more than that elsewhere so be it. We have other needs we can address with that $.
