Cusefan66214 Posted February 6, 2017 Posted February 6, 2017 He's turning 40 soon. Still playing at a high level. Hoping he does some adventurous things this summer like hang gliding, horseback riding, snake handling.
YoloinOhio Posted February 6, 2017 Posted February 6, 2017 45? He's more likely to get injured imo than slow down in terms of his performance.
FireChan Posted February 6, 2017 Posted February 6, 2017 This season. He will wake up one day and poof, dead arm.

Dorkington Posted February 6, 2017 Posted February 6, 2017 His deep passes are already pretty weak. Frankly he can probably continue the short/timing game until he's 50. It's going to take an injury to knock him out of the game, anytime soon.

Pine Barrens Mafia Posted February 6, 2017 Posted February 6, 2017 Never. He'll retire before we sweep them in a season.
Livinginthepast Posted February 6, 2017 Posted February 6, 2017 I have been watching the NFL for almost 40 years. I have seen so many great QBs get into their mid 30s but by 38 or 39 they are completely worn out. Brady is astounding for his age. Some of his passes last night were unbelievable. Only a catastrophic injury or series of concussions will derail him from playing 5 more years! Of course its the Bills luck that he was drafted by the Pats.
Chandler#81 Posted February 6, 2017 Posted February 6, 2017 For the hopeful, Peyton went from League MVP to a dead-armed, forced retirement QB in 2 seasons. So there's that.. which is nice..

sullim4 Posted February 6, 2017 Posted February 6, 2017 At this point I don't see how he can do this without some sort of drug. No other NFL quarterback in history is even close to his level of performance at his age. If it's too good to be true, chances are it is.
26TrapDraw Posted February 6, 2017 Posted February 6, 2017 Here's hoping that he goes out on top after sticking it to ROG last night that was quite the walk off mic drop shot from the GOAT (As much as it pains me to say he is)

It really defies logic just like it defied logic that Bonds & Clemens were at the top of their game in their late 30's. There is no doubt Brady is taking something, whether it is legal/ilegal I don't know. But anybody that says differently is very Naive or just a blind Pat fan.

I'm guessing knee, since that's the only indication we've seen to tell us that he's human.

BillsFan130 Posted February 6, 2017 Posted February 6, 2017 Could be next year, or in 3 years. Hard to say. Peyton Manning looked like he was going to play till 45, and then all of a sudden age caught up with him in that final year. When you turn 40, your body can turn on you at any time
davspo Posted February 6, 2017 Posted February 6, 2017 Age is a funny thing. I think when it happens, it will happen quickly- sort of like Manning. Unfortunately, I see no signs of it at this point.
