Kirby Jackson Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 I see him ranked in top 5 on most qb draft lists but have never seen him play. NFL network. Stop spending all your cash at Taco Bell. He's not horrible and is probably a decent 3rd or 4th round investment (something like that). That Peterman kid is probably in a similar boat. I don't see more than 4 QBs in the 1st 2 rounds.
YoloinOhio Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 There's something about Boulware the lb from Clemson's instincts. Like him a lot. No idea where he's projected.mid to late rounds
Kirby Jackson Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 mid to late roundsI'd love him in the 5th. There's something to be said for "football players." We get so caught up sometimes in physical skills that a guy with good instincts (especially at LB) can help a team.

Kirby Jackson Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 You look into his eyes, you see prison on the horizon. He might be clinically nuts I don't think there's any doubt that he's nuts. That's one of his best traits.
Mr. WEO Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 They should keep Whaley away from watching those Senior Bowl QBs, for God's sake.....
CommonCents Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 (edited) Peterman/Cousins comparisons haha That high school arm strength is flashy! Edited January 28, 2017 by Commonsense
Doc Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 They should keep Whaley away from watching those Senior Bowl QBs, for God's sake..... Russell Wilson, Derek Carr, and Dak Prescott played in the Senior Bowl.
Mr. WEO Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 (edited) Russell Wilson, Derek Carr, and Dak Prescott played in the Senior Bowl. Exactly my point. And so did EJ Manuel. It's now seems likely that the senior Bowl was the first time he really saw EJ play. Just keep him away and let the new HC scout the QBs... Edited January 28, 2017 by Mr. WEO
turftoe Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 There's something about Boulware the lb from Clemson's instincts. Like him a lot. No idea where he's projected. Boulware grew up here in Anderson, SC. He grew up 1 street over from here. He is a good kid. Played for TL Hanna High School and went to the local school Clemson. He is on the smallish side for the NFL but he does have instincts, has been well coached, and plays with a lot of heart. He was one of the leaders on the team. I don't think he was asked to be in coverage very much. His size and speed may be issues at the next level. He reminds me a little of a former Bills/Lions linebacker Chris Spielman.

Blokestradamus Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 Peterman/Cousins comparisons haha That high school arm strength is flashy! It's such a perfect comp. NFL will literally fall over themselves convincing people Peterman is good. PJ Walker on his couch tutting.
Mr. WEO Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 (edited) Well, he knew enough to steer clear of Manziel, so... Only because Manziel was "too short". Besides, he had already drafted "It Factor" the year before.. Re; Peterman, you can already smell the wood burning as Whaley's brain contemplates: "6' 2", that's tall enough, right?" Re; Peterman, you can already smell the wood burning as Whaley's brain contemplates: "6' 2", that's tall enough, right?" Yes because height was the only strike against Goofball. So, should the Bills take a QB this coming draft? If so, who and when?
Mark Vader Posted January 28, 2017 Posted January 28, 2017 Zay Jones stock rising....CJ Beathard not wowing anyone. I thought Beathard's TD pass that was called back was pretty good. The OT's that were "protecting" Beathard were awful. He had almost no time.

He had almost no time. Beathard's footwork is woeful... Doesn't move well in the pocket at all... Just keeps backing up 'til the DE's find their way to him. That's not the Tackle's fault... Scouts are looking for uncontrolled holding... I thought McDermott did a good job.

Regardless of Beathard's footwork, the OT's that were in there the same time he was, were getting blown up. One of them was from Pitt.
Solomon Grundy Posted January 29, 2017 Posted January 29, 2017 (edited) They should keep Whaley away from watching those Senior Bowl QBs, for God's sake..... Keep Bucky Brooks away room the Bills War Room. He got the Bills selecting Sidney Jones, a cornerback, at 10 Edited January 29, 2017 by the skycap
Kirby Jackson Posted January 29, 2017 Posted January 29, 2017 Keep Bucky Brooks away room the Bills War Room. He got the Bills selecting Sidney Jones, a cornerback, at 10Good player but I don't want a corner at 10. There are a bunch of guys throughout the draft and I like Kevon Seymour too. A CB at 10 wouldn't sit well with me.
