Now he's one of the hottest coordinators (soon to be head coaches) in the game. The Browns of 2014 weren't that far off, that was a true turning point for the franchise (and for the Raiders franchise). It was a loaded draft and somehow the Browns managed to take the two worst picks of the first round, not to mention following it up for a pretty awful 2015 draft as well. The Browns spent 3 years analysing and assessing Quarterbacks as well and their advanced analytics told them to select Bridgewater. Their owner preferred Manziel. Now you can talk about whether the model should have said Carr but Bridgewater would have given the Browns at worst a legitimate starter. Manziel was a huge bust. On a side note Cleveland also traded away their draft slot with the Falcons and they moved up and grabbed Julio Jones a couple years ago.
