Haslett_Stomp Posted January 23, 2017 Posted January 23, 2017 As much as I dislike the Patsies I have to admit I am happy for Hogan. Great story.
jethro_tull Posted January 23, 2017 Posted January 23, 2017 true. thank God they couldn't turn chandler into a star. only so much to work with. robert woods will be though.
ProcessAccepted Posted January 23, 2017 Posted January 23, 2017 Only the bills would let him leave. Hogan fits their system I remember having lots of arguments with people on this board about Hogan and them saying how much he sucked. Now they're calling for the Bills to move on from Tyrod. Will they ever learn.
thebug Posted January 23, 2017 Posted January 23, 2017 Ben has been on the money on his deep balls. That dude can't catch

The Frankish Reich Posted January 23, 2017 Posted January 23, 2017 Lol. He's such a JAG. I love when Bills fans excuses for the organization look so silly. That's Bills fans for you, or at least a lot of them. Any objective observer would admit - at least in retrospect, if not at the time - that it turned out to be a mistake not to make a better offer to Hogan.
CommonCents Posted January 23, 2017 Posted January 23, 2017 The Steelers have an Eli. We all know how this story ends.

Woods has never been appreciated. Just because our QBs rarely have gone to him, doesn't mean he can't play. Agree, we'll perhaps make another mistake there.

Meh I think even most of his detractors said he should've gotten the second round tender but I don't think he wins us any games this year either so I guess no big deal either
KD in CA Posted January 23, 2017 Posted January 23, 2017 (edited) Woods has never been appreciated. Just because our QBs rarely have gone to him, doesn't mean he can't play. Agree, we'll perhaps make another mistake there. Regardless of appreciation, that's why it doesn't make sense to overpay for guys Woods or Hogan until we have a QB who can throw the ball. If Woods goes to another team with a crappy passer, he'll look just like he does in Buffalo. If he goes to a team with a great passer, he'll look like Hogan in NE. Nice play calling Tomlin. skibum Posted January 23, 2017 Posted January 23, 2017 OK, Brady makes Hogan look really good, but does anyone in here really think that Marquise Goodwin and Walter freaking Powell are better receivers???
Helpmenow Posted January 23, 2017 Posted January 23, 2017 If I'm woods I'm playing for contender and make less money not signing with the bills
Formerly Allan in MD Posted January 23, 2017 Posted January 23, 2017 Steelers really fracked that up.
TPS Posted January 23, 2017 Posted January 23, 2017 The only team you see consistently call a qb sneak is New England. I don't get why other teams don't utilize it?
