transient Posted January 20, 2017 Posted January 20, 2017 Well, I think Tyrod may be around a couple more years now Sounds serious. Was he ill?
What a Tuel Posted January 20, 2017 Posted January 20, 2017 Yeah but look at the posts here laughing at Saint Doug's hire in Jacksonville along with the boy wonder OC. Why? B/C they coached here and we feel like we know them pretty well. The same is true in every city with a team. Not good that Denver is happy to see him go, assuming that is accurate of most of the fan base there. Im not saying it is. You can find Patriots fans on twitter who think Brady needs to go every time he throws a pick.
Fadingpain Posted January 20, 2017 Posted January 20, 2017 would like Lo Alexander, Robert Woods, Douzable, Tate back the rest are dime a dozen guys What about EJ being retained as a backup? We are going to miss his off-sides inducing hard count skills.
r00tabaga Posted January 20, 2017 Posted January 20, 2017 So we got the OC and DC from both Superbowl 50 participants!
H2o Posted January 20, 2017 Posted January 20, 2017 Sounds serious. Was he ill? Wow....did you come up with that all by yourself?
BADOLBILZ Posted January 20, 2017 Posted January 20, 2017 And he did kind of make sense then... a glorified OC to sort the O out and let Schwartz retain full control of the D was what was required. No, no, no.......that wouldn't have worked..........we've been told by people like The Big Cat that the Bills defense under Schwartz was overrated and unsustainable. We can't have nice things.
hondo in seattle Posted January 20, 2017 Posted January 20, 2017 (edited) Per Bills Twitter: Freak out! Impossible! The media never reported him as the front-runner. They never even reported an interview. The Bills PR people are clearly wrong. Edited January 20, 2017 by hondo in seattle
Fadingpain Posted January 20, 2017 Posted January 20, 2017 You can find Patriots fans on twitter who think Brady needs to go every time he throws a pick. Yeah but those are chowdah heads, and likely drunk chowdah heads.
Kelly the Dog Posted January 20, 2017 Posted January 20, 2017 Broncos fans are spoiled and comparing their young QB's to Peyton Manning. Most fans hate their playcallers. I know he has a good system, will have to see myself as I didn't watch many Bronco games last year. Kubiaks system and Kubiak called the plays.
transient Posted January 20, 2017 Posted January 20, 2017 You can find Patriots fans on twitter who think Brady needs to go every time he throws a pick. They're just reading too much in to constipated look on his face at the time.
Heitz Posted January 20, 2017 Author Posted January 20, 2017 but you're looking at fans tweets....there is better research out there What says more - 25 years on the Broncos coaching staff, or fans on Twitter? That right, Twitter. We live in a digital age bro...
xsoldier54 Posted January 20, 2017 Posted January 20, 2017 Forgot that he coached Tyrod in Baltimore. That's a plus as far as I'm concerned.
Peter Posted January 20, 2017 Posted January 20, 2017 Kubiaks system and Kubiak called the plays. Is that correct? Please do not tell me that Dennison was the Broncos offensive coordinator in the same sense that Doug Marrone was the OC of the Saints.
bobobonators Posted January 20, 2017 Posted January 20, 2017 Kubiaks system and Kubiak called the plays. You figure it will have strong similarities. Biggest question will be actual playcalling. But if the guy has been under kubiak for that long you can bet the system will be really similar.
hondo in seattle Posted January 20, 2017 Posted January 20, 2017 Lot of experience. Uninspiring hire, for me. I am glad we got a guy who has done the job though. If you gave me ten choices he would probably be near the bottom though. Why? What do you actually know about the guy? Have you worked with him before?
Heitz Posted January 20, 2017 Author Posted January 20, 2017 So we got the OC and DC from both Superbowl 50 participants! Meh, one of them was a loser. Sad!
What a Tuel Posted January 20, 2017 Posted January 20, 2017 Forgot that he coached Tyrod in Baltimore. That's a plus as far as I'm concerned. Oh as the Quarterbacks coach! Good catch!
zonabb Posted January 20, 2017 Posted January 20, 2017 @TheBillsWire #GoBills hire OC Rick Dennison after grueling search READ MORE: http://billswire.usatoday.com/2017/01/19/4-things-you-need-to-know-about-new-bills-oc-rick-dennison/ These are the types of headlines that make me hate the media. "Grueling" search and I'm hoping they go into detail on the number of coaches interviewed, the time spent with each, the discussions of each's offensive philosophy, you know, what made it grueling. Zero, zilch, nada about the what the headline alludes to. There is a 26 second picture montage over which text about the candidate is provided, it's titled as above, nothing about grueling. Just horrible. Bills Wire is dead to me now, first and last time I'll ever visit. Shame on me. As for the hire. Whatever, been whatever this whole off season. Team and ownership have sucked the life out of me. I'm in complete proof it mode, I'll withhold judgement until I can make one with any rational thought.
