BringBackFergy Posted January 16, 2017 Posted January 16, 2017 This. Doesn't matter how bad you are. Once you're in you're in. a/k/a Greg Olson's and Childress' name popping up.
Best Player Available Posted January 16, 2017 Posted January 16, 2017 LOL! Maybe Nigel from spinal tap can teach Rob how you count to 11.
jeffismagic Posted January 16, 2017 Posted January 16, 2017 a/k/a Greg Olson's and Childress' name popping up. Childress would be on merit. I have no idea what Olson does but I agree that he is not a great coordinator. I think he gets jobs because he has a league rep of working well with young QB's.
4merper4mer Posted January 16, 2017 Posted January 16, 2017 I can verify Dunne's anonymous source. This guy ruined the 2016 campaign, singlehandedly. Well genetically speaking it was the same DNA, but there were two people involved.
Augie Posted January 16, 2017 Posted January 16, 2017 (edited) The Rooney Rule is more well known, but the "Fully Pregnant" rule has to be met as well. (Aka the fat, sloppy and obsolete rule, but that sounds tacky.) Edited January 16, 2017 by Augie
fergie's ire Posted January 16, 2017 Posted January 16, 2017 I guess that the Redskins were so impressed with his D when they played him in '15 that they just have to have him in for a look. http://www.espn.com/nfl/game?gameId=400791549
Kirby Jackson Posted January 16, 2017 Posted January 16, 2017 I hope that he gets the job. I am betting under whatever Washington's win total is in 2017. He is worse at his job than anyone else is at their job in the NFL. It is easy money!!
hondo in seattle Posted January 16, 2017 Posted January 16, 2017 This is really, really, hard to believe. I thought Jay Gruden was smarter than that. I get that some coordinators are better than their rankings say. They don't suit up. They don't play. Their rankings are very dependent on the level of the talent that does suit up and play. But, still, it would take a lot of mental gymnastics to conclude that Rob is a good DC.
Bills Fan in MD Posted January 16, 2017 Posted January 16, 2017 As someone who lives in the DC area and hates the local team (and its owner), I WHOLEHEARTEDLY approve!

stevewin Posted January 16, 2017 Posted January 16, 2017 @AlbertBreer Per sources, the Redskins will be interviewing ex-Bill ass Rob Ryan for their defensive coordinator opening. Fixed
CodeMonkey Posted January 16, 2017 Posted January 16, 2017 Could they be trying for the ultimate tank and beat the Browns record next season?
Manther Posted January 16, 2017 Posted January 16, 2017 I really hope Rob Ryan gets it. Washington would become my least favourite team in the NFL. Anyone who hires him deserves that horrific ordeal that comes with it!!
BaaadThingsMan Posted January 16, 2017 Posted January 16, 2017 I really hope Rob Ryan gets it. Washington would become my least favourite team in the NFL. Anyone who hires him deserves that horrific ordeal that comes with it!!i can't believe i thought it was gonna be different for him here, buddies memory etc. Got !@#$in curb stomped all !@#$in year, dudes a disaster.
BuffalothruMyVeins Posted January 16, 2017 Posted January 16, 2017 I think Rob is confused, and thinks he is interviewing to get Potatoskins.
TakeYouToTasker Posted January 16, 2017 Posted January 16, 2017 Why? Why would they do this to themselves?
