87168 Posted January 15, 2017 Posted January 15, 2017 Kromer released from contract. Sounds like they have an OC in mind and have an agreement in place with someone on a playoff team. where did you see this?
Wing Man Posted January 15, 2017 Posted January 15, 2017 Denver has signed former Raiders OC Bill Musgrave to be their quarterbacks coach.
Kelly the Dog Posted January 15, 2017 Posted January 15, 2017 where did you see this? There were reports from some relatively minor sources that Kromer was released from his contract. He signed a two year contract two years ago though, so he would have been free to sign with any team. It's hard to know if he was actually released before it ran out. They could have done it as a courtesy because he is being considered for other OC jobs, rumored to be for the Rams (although McVay is going to run that offense).
nucci Posted January 15, 2017 Posted January 15, 2017 I think that McCoy was probably first choice.....now the next guy on their list is still coaching int he playoffs. I think it is important that we do NOT rush the OC hire.....because we are going to have to replace having a top 10 points scoring per game offense now that Lynn has moved on. Take as much time as you need Whaley Obviously they're not since they haven't hired one yet
Meathead Posted January 15, 2017 Posted January 15, 2017 i just want to be able to use my old graphic again
DCbillsfan Posted January 15, 2017 Posted January 15, 2017 (edited) where did you see this?I saw it on Billsdaily. A tweet by Buffalo News. Edited January 15, 2017 by DCbillsfan
Doc Posted January 15, 2017 Posted January 15, 2017 I agree that since they haven't named an offensive coordinator yet, they're waiting on somebody from a playoff team. And my guess would be Brad Childress.
EasternOHBillsFan Posted January 15, 2017 Posted January 15, 2017 Older Buffalo Bills fans know we haven't had a real offensive coordinator since Ted Marchibroda. If we get Brad Childress, it would be EXTREMELY exciting.

mob16151 Posted January 15, 2017 Posted January 15, 2017 That's a great question!!! If only I has Elias access to find out. Maybe someday, someone, will invent some sort of device that will let you. They may even make it handheld. #gamechanger
BADOLBILZ Posted January 15, 2017 Posted January 15, 2017 I agree that since they haven't named an offensive coordinator yet, they're waiting on somebody from a playoff team. And my guess would be Brad Childress. FWIW, Childress was contemplating retirement this summer. He's no spring chicken....though he resembles a plucked one.
That's No Moon Posted January 15, 2017 Posted January 15, 2017 Childress or Nagy. One or the other Childress doesn't call plays now and didn't in Philly either. He is Andy Reid's version of Dennis Thurman. Both of our Coordinators would be FORMER Vikes HC's Wonder if that has ever happened. Is Mike Tice available?
BobbyC81 Posted January 15, 2017 Posted January 15, 2017 Be patient, guys. McDermott was just announced as head coach on Wednesday.
