Zac Posted January 13, 2017 Posted January 13, 2017 i have a theory that every coordinator was at one time or another hated by a fan base.
jeffismagic Posted January 13, 2017 Posted January 13, 2017 Twice in 24 hours, Vikings fans tweeting me their sympathies because of Frazier. Reminds me of when Pittsburgh Penguin fans warned us that Bylsma wanted his best players to dump and chase. I thought that was impossible. And what do you know. They were right.
BaaadThingsMan Posted January 13, 2017 Posted January 13, 2017 Twice in 24 hours, Vikings fans tweeting me their sympathies because of Frazier. i think he got his shot at HC and went too conservative, he can help McD steer clear of some of those hazards because of the been there done that aspect. Reminds me of when Pittsburgh Penguin fans warned us that Bylsma wanted his best players to dump and chase. I thought that was impossible. And what do you know. They were right. i think Bylsma is trying to instill in them the style you need to play in the playoffs, when the checking gets tight and the ice shrinks. Once they can be a team that can go from one style to the next as needed the creativity will come out more.
Buffalo Barbarian Posted January 14, 2017 Posted January 14, 2017 (edited) getting a former HC is a good thing, and having previously worked together can only help. Besides safety I think we have the talent we need on defense especially with drafting defense last yr, So hopefully we go offense this yr. Edited January 14, 2017 by Buffalo Barbarian
