Oh I thought he was the HC lol. Hit the panic button to soon

Well I edited at the right time because I thought he was still with the broncos based on your statement and had to make some changes. He did hang around with 2 different coaches when he was with the broncos(McDaniels, Fox) and I'm sure they are familiar with him so they (broncos) could want him back as OC.

Sounds like the solution is simple, have a good passing game to put us in the lead, a defense to keep us in the lead, and a running game to finish the clock off.

Yesssss, and good special teams to flip the field, its that easy!

Why would you hire a coach to blow it up in two years? That's exactly what I think would happen if they hired Lynn- 2 years and reset. Absolutely did not want Lynn as HC.

Because we have players to win now. By changing the QB and the entire offense there's no way we win next year. Might as well just blow it up and start from scratch at that point

Do we know the Bills are changing the QB? If they are, then they didn't think TT can take the team to the promised land. Bottom line- Rex was a bad hire and his defense wasn't going to work. Better to get rid of him now than wait another year. So yes, the reset button was hit a year early. If the Bills have players to win now, why didn't they win. I don't see why they couldn't improve on 7 wins in 2017. If theQB is a rookie, then this is a change for the long haul ( what Pegula thought he was getting with Rex) and 4-6 wins is probably the ceiling . We'll see.

I think I remember some similar comments when Kyle Orton retired.

And, yeah, I know McCoy OC-ed the Broncos to the rushing crown one year. But implementing a new system takes time. And the old system with Tyrod forcing the DEs and OLBs to play contain helped open things up for McCoy and the other RBs. Whatever flaws he had, Roman was a guru at play-design and Lynn did well preparing the team and play-calling.

McCoy put that offense in in mid season.

Roman did a great job for us IMHO. Rex threw him under the bus because his defense stunk.

I think they release Tyrod and eat the 2.8 mil dead cap, if nobody signs him he could always be resigned cheap if the team wanted to. I am not 100% sold on And Qb besides Watson this draft and no way he would fall to 10. I admit I am not convinced with Kizer and I torture myself as a ND fan lol.

I fully agree with you on this, somehow that worked after the dbs were the ones that had a rough game that night.

McDermott is probably the top candidate after McDaniels and Shanahan. I'm sure it will be praised around the league. Pegulas and Whaley had to bend over backwards to get it done though.

McD in Buffalo, Pegula's in NC going to Boca tomorrow. Whaley looking at porn in his office. Who the hell is he with?

Actually I'm in St Louis! :w00t:

Interestingly enough... I'm also a Defensive Coordinator....

It is actually Steve Wilks, DB coach, if the Panthers let him walk and don't promote him to DC....

Or I did see this earlier:

Sal Capaccio

If Sean McDermott is new Bills HC, and it appears things are going in that direction keep hearing his new DC is
