Why would they want him for their passing game coordinator. And second, it just doesn't seem like Roman is a Hue Jackson type guy. Granted, when you are the head coach maybe he just wants a creative offensive mind to help carry out his vision, as Harbaugh did, and it worked for awhile in both college and the pros. So unless they are firing Marty Morninghweg, he is coming in as a position coach. Maybe they are firing OL coach Juan Castillo, who I could see winding up here in the same role.
