Doug Whaley seems to think that we had a playoff caliber roster that was only being held back by the former head coach and his brother. Just in case Whaley was right, he's proposing we blow it up. Let's not forget that most of my "horrible" QBs were drafted in the first round by GMs who get paid millions to make these decisions, fact is many QBs just don't pan out. We have a 4th round project at QB, an ex-first rounder drafted 3 rounds too high who's a FA and our starter who we are not sure, but pretty sure is not the long term answer. We have like 24 FAs and not a ton of cap room or draft choices. Our top CB is gonna walk, we have junk at S, no depth at CB or WR. Yet somehow Doug friggin Whaley is gonna fix this if you just give him control of the football side. And if they let most of their older FA players go it even makes the odds even better. Than when the Bills finish 3-13 they can draft the franchise QB that WGR and all experts are dreaming about.
