JP-era Posted February 28, 2005 Posted February 28, 2005 Im taking Bubba Franks. He is the premiere TE available and I think the Shelton deal lingers for another week until the Henry contract situation is hammered out. I truly believ TD has a player in mind and my guess is its Franks.
BigdaddyinOrlando Posted February 28, 2005 Posted February 28, 2005 Gotta go with Wahle for the left gaurd with Shelton also coming the trade for Travis!!!!
Corp000085 Posted February 28, 2005 Posted February 28, 2005 i'm down with franks, with shelton a close second.

d_wag Posted February 28, 2005 Posted February 28, 2005 same answer i had for the exact same poll that was posted last week....... kendrick vincent.......
LabattBlue Posted February 28, 2005 Posted February 28, 2005 By signing Shelton, I assume you mean trading for him. If so, I believe this will be the first acquisition TD makes come 3/2.

JP-era Posted February 28, 2005 Author Posted February 28, 2005 Itula Mili 255005 good call, hes been productive for the hawks. I like other guys better but he would be an upgrade.
LabattBlue Posted February 28, 2005 Posted February 28, 2005 do you think its announced day one of FA? 255003 If it's not day one, I think it will be quick. It looks like Jennings is not going to be re-signed, so the clock begins ticking on 3/2 to find an experienced LT to replace him in the starting lineup.

I seriously feel like what we do at LT is the pivot point of our offseason and maybe even next season. With a young QB at the helm, the most important o-line position up in the air. Man, we better make a really solid move or I think we suffer hardcore.
JP-era Posted February 28, 2005 Author Posted February 28, 2005 Jeff Garcia 255013 the only part I like about this is that he is similar in his tyle of play to Losman so the offense doesnt change if he goes in. That said, Id rather draft a guy that can move than bring in Garcia.
realtruelove Posted February 28, 2005 Posted February 28, 2005 Garcia is a real good fit for us if the price was right.
Bear Posted February 28, 2005 Posted February 28, 2005 Like the last two years, it will be someone we haven't even thought about.
stevestojan Posted February 28, 2005 Posted February 28, 2005 Who do i think? Shelton. Who do i hope? Franks. If we sign Franks, that will by my second ever jersey purchase.
BillsGuyInMalta Posted February 28, 2005 Posted February 28, 2005 I actually think its going to be a TE. Not sure who, but I think TD strikes early since the TE pool is rather shallow (what with Franks getting that franchise tag).
