major
When do we get ours from Pegs and Whaley and Brandon? Maybe they can throw in a free EJ Manuel jersey with the letter And check out this fan made video from Cleveland fans: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=5vZHXOwSfiE

apuszczalowski
They did already, when they sent Rex packing And there's a huge difference between a team tanking a season. And taking to week 16 to get their first win and a team that ends another season at the middle of the pact.

Malazan
If they sent a letter then the narrative would be "We don't want a f*cking letter, we want to win!"
major
Instead of a letter, I would like to see Pegs send a partial refund to each season ticket holder

The Big Cat
OBD owes its fans one too? So a team that was a botched kickoff and a missed FG away from playing a meaningful game in week 17 is tantamount to the one that lost its first 14 games. Yep, okay. Some of you have no clue how organizations interact with their customers/the public.
papazoid
an apology letter ???.....oh please, how silly my annual thank you letter (with invoice) from kim and terry confirming their commitment to "bring a championship to our great city" is all I need....(laffin)
jimmy10
I'll be interested to see what the message (and cost) is like come renewal time. I always try to be optimistic, but the current situation at OBD has me seriously considering if it's worth it anymore. And I was dumb enough to first get season tickets during the Chan Gailey era. While living 700 miles away.
K-9
Can you imagine the outcry of condemnation around here if the Bills actually did send such a letter? I almost wish they would just to witness the apoplectic meltdown. Almost.
What a Tuel
Can you imagine the outcry of condemnation around here if the Bills actually did send such a letter? I almost wish they would just to witness the apoplectic meltdown. Almost. It would be pretty hilarious. I envision quotes like "Are the Pegula's so out of touch and unable to run a Professional football team that they think a letter will help 17 years of bad football?" Saxum
They should send one - postage due - to all of the ticket scalpers.
MDH
The Browns have won 4 games the past two seasons combined. Trying to compare the Bills to that level of ineptitude is a bit much.
DC Tom
Knowing the Browns, the letters were probably intercepted in the mail and sent to Steelers fans.
Meathead
i heard most browns fans tossed those letters right into the river ... where they immediately caught fire
