Fadingpain
6 week recovery. Will pass the physical much to do about nothing Can't tell if serious or being facetious, as these comments sound identical to what many here were saying last off-season when Sammy's foot problems began. Team statement and more details: http://bufbills.co/bOzsJm @AlbertBreer Albert Breer Retweeted Buffalo Bills In this post, words "chose" and "elected" were used, re: Taylor's surgery. If he can't pass a physical on 3/11, his injury guarantees vest.
HuSeYiN_NYC
It's not really...."it's a 6 week recovery". So he doesn't get 30 million? What was the contract? If he got hurt DURING the season?
bobobonators
Let the nonsense analysis begin. Surgery is required. Him getting it ASAP is a good thing for the Bills. The sooner the better.

He played did he not? Meaning he passed a physical. See much to do about nothing. He will pass a physical if the option is not picked up.
NoSaint
sounds like it was a good choice to sit an injured player in a meaningless game!
26CornerBlitz
@NickVeronica #Bills QB Tyrod Taylor may be having surgery today, per his Snapchat. Again, if he can't pass a physical by March 11, $$ becomes guaranteed sounds like it was a good choice to sit an injured player in a meaningless game! Could have gotten worse to force their hand in the option to extend him.
bobobonators
What's interesting is the Bills calling it elective surgery that he chose to have. Yup interesting. Myers is an expert in the field. I trust that if the expert said to have surgery, surgery was required. I dont necessarily think that the bills statement saying he elected to have surgery is a definitive statement that surgery wasnt required. Does it mean that surgery was required but he couldve had it later on not right now? Does it mean that no surgery was required and it wouldve healed on its own over several months? If it wouldve taken months to heal on its own would be pass a physical in March? Would electing to have surgery allow him to pass a physical in March as opposed to just letting it heal on its own? Nobody knows these answers yet and shouldnt pretend to know them. He consulted with a specialist. The specialist obviously recommended to have surgery. Thats all we know. Pbomb
Wouldnt it have been smarter for tyrod to wait a couple weeks so he wouldnt be able to pass physical? And also what if tyrod were to get injured between now and then with a non football injury, do those count too?
