That shows they are China's deep sea monitors.

Correct.

The idea being they aren't Canadian (or Chinese really) - and were put there to mark US subs coming out of the barn.

(for those who are still new - I'm having some fun speculating...)

I think it's at the very least interesting that three large quakes - which could be something else entirely - happened right in the area where these devices were reportedly installed. It's an active area in terms of quakes, but the size of these are well above the normal range.

All "strong quakes" are "well above the normal range."  The relative frequency of quakes by magnitude goes by 10^(-M), where M is the magnitude.

The fault off the Pacific Northwest is a subduction zone that can generate quakes in the 8.5+ range.  6.5's are unexpected, but not unusual given the frequency distribution and nature of the fault line.

somehow, "Insert bored face Jay Cutler meme here." doesn't cut the mustard. the least you could do is to actually post the bored face Jay Cutler meme.

Ah phooey!!! It was more fun speculating that Trump had an Earthquake Machine to go along with the Cheney Weather Machine

I have my theories.  One is that we have been visited by other beings.  But I'm not saying it was them.
