This is one of those times where we can clearly see what many have known for awhile - "think tanks" aren't all downy white innocents, Brookings being among the worst offenders: Baker (unlike Page) did not get immunity. He didn't retire or resign, he was terminated. He will (more than likely) be indicted soon for playing a role in an attempted palace coup.
