DisplacedBillsFan Posted January 2, 2017 Posted January 2, 2017 I would love to see Woods back in a Bills jersey, but more so, I hope he goes somewhere he is actually appreciated, recognized and properly utilized. He has proved multiple times he is a very talented receiver, yet, unless every other WR on the team was hurt, he would get somewhere between 0 and 1 targets per game. Despite the team continually taking actions that essentially sent the message "you don't matter on this team" he went out and gave it his all, and never ran his mouth or complained. The guy is more than capable of 100 catch, 1000 yard seasons. Here's to hoping he lands in a spot where that actually happens, and he makes the absolute most of FA.
QB Bills Posted January 2, 2017 Posted January 2, 2017 Agreed 100%. Great blocker and plays with an edge too. With a more pass-oriented offense, he would have been beloved here.
Fadingpain Posted January 2, 2017 Posted January 2, 2017 If Hogan can look this good in NE, Woods will be Pro Bowl material if he lands with a real QB.
John from Riverside Posted January 2, 2017 Posted January 2, 2017 If Hogan can look this good in NE, Woods will be Pro Bowl material if he lands with a real QB. Provided that he can stay healthy long enough
TSOL Posted January 2, 2017 Posted January 2, 2017 Screw Bob Woods. He sucks and hes a jerk. I hope he goes to Cleveland. Let them pay him 9 million a year for 500 yards recieving.
bobobonators Posted January 2, 2017 Posted January 2, 2017 If Hogan can look this good in NE, Woods will be Pro Bowl material if he lands with a real QB. Its Tom Brady. Theres only one of those.

TSOL Posted January 2, 2017 Posted January 2, 2017 (edited) When has he ever been a jerk?Passive aggressive comments about QBing. Little tantrums on the field "Mutiny" in his second year Edited January 2, 2017 by Lex Lyon
Deranged Rhino Posted January 2, 2017 Posted January 2, 2017 When has he ever been a jerk? He hasn't been. Dude has played hard each year for this team. He does the dirty work and doesn't complain... unless it's about EJ throwing high, which he had a point about. Love me some Woods. I hope he comes back, if not, I hope he gets on a team that will be in contention.
Do The Reich Thing Posted January 2, 2017 Posted January 2, 2017 Is he !@#$ing crazy still though? ^^^ this lol
Beef Jerky Posted January 2, 2017 Posted January 2, 2017 Don't care about Woods, no player matters until this organization changes.
Kirby Jackson Posted January 2, 2017 Posted January 2, 2017 Woods is a decent player, he plays hard. He's limited though. He can be a number 2 and a dependable target it he isn't some star that will bust out elsewhere. Hisnnumbers may improve but he doesn't become 100 catch guy.
BaaadThingsMan Posted January 2, 2017 Posted January 2, 2017 He'll get some money, his level of production will depend on who the qb is.
Marty McFly Posted January 2, 2017 Posted January 2, 2017 Woods is a solid #2 WR. Plays hard, blocks well, doesnt become a malcontent when he doesnt get targets. The epitome of an un-selfish player. Wish em the best.
TSOL Posted January 2, 2017 Posted January 2, 2017 Apparently told Sully how hes outta here like 15 seconds after the game ended yesterday.
inkman Posted January 2, 2017 Posted January 2, 2017 Apparently told Sully how hes outta here like 15 seconds after the game ended yesterday. Why would he want to stay?
Deranged Rhino Posted January 2, 2017 Posted January 2, 2017 Why would he want to stay? I actually don't think it's a given he's gone... Likely, perhaps, but not a given.
TSOL Posted January 2, 2017 Posted January 2, 2017 Why would he want to stay? The weather? The beautiful view of lake Erie on a balmy December day? Blocking for Tyrods runs?
