Prickly Pete Posted January 2, 2017 Posted January 2, 2017 We (the fans) don't need to know the names. The next coach needs to know the names.
FireChan Posted January 2, 2017 Posted January 2, 2017 Starts at the top with a GM who refuses to take responsibilty for anything. Fumigate!
Jerry Jabber Posted January 2, 2017 Posted January 2, 2017 Shirley, you can't be serious. I am serious...and stop calling me Shirley!
LabattBlue Posted January 2, 2017 Posted January 2, 2017 I would like to know the players that are falling asleep in meetings If it was 3rd and 4th string scrubs, they would be cut. Form your own conclusion, but look no further than your starting lineup.
Reed83HOF Posted January 2, 2017 Author Posted January 2, 2017 WGR 550 @WGR550 13s14 seconds ago Wood: if you come late, don't pay attention or play disciplined on Sunday, that's more of a personnel problem than a coaching problem #Bills WGR 550 @WGR550 15s15 seconds ago Wood - they're have been repeat offenders in the past, and those guys are gone relatively sooner than later #Bills
PolishDave Posted January 2, 2017 Posted January 2, 2017 Dareus Yep. I bet he naps after bong hits and brownies.
KD in CA Posted January 2, 2017 Posted January 2, 2017 If it was 3rd and 4th string scrubs, they would be cut. Form your own conclusion, but look no further than your starting lineup. And that's the problem -- not holding everyone to the same standard. Once you've announced a guy can do anything he wants because he's a starter, the team is dead in the water. When a starter gets cut or traded is when you start to change the culture. It seems to work pretty well in NE.
jumbalaya Posted January 2, 2017 Posted January 2, 2017 Could only be a handful of guys. Start with the guys who have made enough money not to care and then look at effort on the field. I'd go Dareus, Gilmore, Clay. Clay had a QB that either would not or could not throw to him for the first 13 games of the season. Gilmore, Hughes, Henderson, Dareus, Aldophus Washington all seemed to slack off.
BaaadThingsMan Posted January 2, 2017 Posted January 2, 2017 Seems to me if they stayed awake they might have actually understood the schemes, instead of saying it was too complex.hmmmm
filthymcnasty08 Posted January 2, 2017 Posted January 2, 2017 Cannot think of a Bill that get's in other players faces on field/sidelines The same guy that nobody will f-k with in the locker room or weight room It sets the tone...takes the paycheck player attitude out of play and channels that world class potential they all had at one time.
Maury Ballstein Posted January 2, 2017 Posted January 2, 2017 Starts at the top with a GM who refuses to take responsibilty for anything. Fumigate! Firewhaley is born !
Coach Tuesday Posted January 2, 2017 Posted January 2, 2017 I bet Duke Williams was one Duke was a total clown, much more interested in his reality TV career than his football career.
billsfan714 Posted January 2, 2017 Posted January 2, 2017 Coughlin wouldnt tolerate this crap that's for sure.
