yungmack Posted January 9, 2017 Posted January 9, 2017 i have always been a little scared of Kris Kristofferson. Then there is the NBA player Kris Humphries who was married to a kardashian for like 70 days.Kris Kringle. Talk about a guy who's organized.
BillsFan130 Posted January 9, 2017 Posted January 9, 2017 This sounds like a pretty uninspiring hire if it were the case. At the same time, Rex seemed like an inspiring hire and we all know how that turned out
Nanker Posted January 9, 2017 Posted January 9, 2017 The Essence of Kris Richard He's only slightly more animated than Rex and Rob.
NoSaint Posted January 9, 2017 Posted January 9, 2017 or it's literally any other candidate who was not allowed to interview while their team was in the playoffs i think the OP is assuming by the end of the week we would likewise hear rumors if there was some other candidate (ala this pittsburgh one). we arent going to knock out all the interviews and then sit around without any feedback (official or leaked) and if we make it through this weekend without more chatter on a new candidate they are waiting on i think its fair to say richard is probably top of the list.
Big Turk Posted January 9, 2017 Posted January 9, 2017 This dude is Mike Tomlin 2.0...Bills need to be all over this one...hire this dude ASAP
YoloinOhio Posted January 9, 2017 Author Posted January 9, 2017 He's only slightly more animated than Rex and Rob. They were animated about Clemson and food

Yeah that's fair enough, sorry about that OP, I'm grumpy in the morning
Coach Tuesday Posted January 9, 2017 Posted January 9, 2017 I don't know if Bradley would want to report to Richard but you never know. Wouldn't it be like Wisenhunt reporting to McCoy in San Diego?
ndirish1978 Posted January 9, 2017 Posted January 9, 2017 I mean if personality were in direct correlation to coaching effectiveness I'd say hire this guy. Kind of hard not to listen to that video and not be pumped up.
Reed83HOF Posted January 9, 2017 Posted January 9, 2017 Why does everything have to be Pittsburgh related to the Bills? It is the Donahoe Curse...
BuffaloHokie13 Posted January 9, 2017 Posted January 9, 2017 Why does everything have to be Pittsburgh related to the Bills? It is the Donahoe Curse... Whaley pulling from a place he knows I'd assume
26CornerBlitz Posted January 9, 2017 Posted January 9, 2017 I mean if personality were in direct correlation to coaching effectiveness I'd say hire this guy. Kind of hard not to listen to that video and not be pumped up. It'd be great to have a coach who can do that as well as get his team to be focused on attention to details of their assignments in every situation.
Hapless Bills Fan Posted January 9, 2017 Posted January 9, 2017 Wow, Richard has a LOT of energy. How about Richard at HC, Lynn at OC & Bradley at DC = young and aggressive team of coaches. Wouldn't it be a bit awkward to have a fired HC reporting as DC to his former secondary coach assistant?
Reed83HOF Posted January 9, 2017 Posted January 9, 2017 Whaley pulling from a place he knows I'd assume I know that and he hasn't been there in 7 years. I just don't really understand the fascination we have with that organization ( I know, a rust belt city, has won some SBs, etc); why keep going back to that one organization when there are other teams you can hire people from. Everything they have is not the best and you end up limiting yourself...
eball Posted January 9, 2017 Posted January 9, 2017 I know that and he hasn't been there in 7 years. Everything they have is not the best and you end up limiting yourself... Probably the most successful long-term franchise in the NFL is all...but what do I know?
Nanker Posted January 9, 2017 Posted January 9, 2017 They were animated about Clemson and food Looks like he could be a good hire. Stay tuned...
thebandit27 Posted January 9, 2017 Posted January 9, 2017 Wouldn't it be a bit awkward to have a fired HC reporting as DC to his former secondary coach assistant? Nah. Wade worked for kubiak. Whiz worked for McCoy. I know there are others too.
SectionC3 Posted January 9, 2017 Posted January 9, 2017 Any chance the Richard interview is a subtle attempt to get an opinion on tyrod from a guy they dont intend to hire? Time will tell I guess.
Mike in Syracuse Posted January 9, 2017 Posted January 9, 2017 I like Richard....a lot. The NFL s about teaching young guys how to play. His coaching style is infectious and his attention to detail is reported to be extreme.
Wayne Arnold Posted January 9, 2017 Posted January 9, 2017 Wouldn't it be a bit awkward to have a fired HC reporting as DC to his former secondary coach assistant? No. These coaches realize that's how the league works.
