jms62 Posted January 2, 2017 Posted January 2, 2017 Threatening to beat someone with a bat is demeaning to folks with Lou Gehrig's disease. Shame on you. Chan Never said that said batting practice which is a baseball analogy for easily done. I guess I can now understand hiw that could be misconstrued and Sorry for that.
TakeYouToTasker Posted January 2, 2017 Posted January 2, 2017 If you think comparing someone to cancer is acceptable than I feel sorry for you. I have zero respect for those that find this acceptable regardless of who it was intended for. Sorry.I think rhetorical devices as a means of conveying sentiment is not only reasonable, but an essential part of the English language. I know, as does everyone else, that deeming someone to be a "cancer", is common accepted use of the term. What I also know, is that individuals who believe it is reasonable to threaten violence over their own irrational feelings about common vernacular are useless, and their behavior should be shunned. Grow up, snowflake.
TSOL Posted January 2, 2017 Posted January 2, 2017 Would have been a helluva lot funnier if you had said you were gonna use one of those foam nerf bats
