Kirby Jackson Posted January 1, 2017 Posted January 1, 2017 Mortage the farm to get TrubiskyNot a fan, but kudos to you for at least going on record with a plan.
BADOLBILZ Posted January 1, 2017 Posted January 1, 2017 Shanahan is an excellent offensive mind. He would be able to get the most out of all the talent we have on offense. Romo is a walking medicare commercial. Cutler? Uhhhhh, no. Hoyer would be a better option than Tryrod. And yes, draft a QB. Do you have a plan there smart guy? I hate to be so dismissive of optimism but young Shanny coming to Buffalo would be a shock. He may be great he may not......but he's a princely candidate.......he's not hitching up to a team without a top notch young passer AND a GM with Whaley's track record and likelihood of being fired.
Big Gun Posted January 1, 2017 Posted January 1, 2017 TT doesn't turn the ball over, gives the Bills an added threat of the run, and will continue to improve his reads and finding open receivers. TT is our best option for the next couple of years at least. He directed a decent scoring offense as well. So what, int or lack thereof are overrated, run no big deal, and he's going to be 28 by next opening day, IMO not much improving gonna happen. Not hard to improve upon 31st ranked passing game.
long suffering bills fan Posted January 1, 2017 Posted January 1, 2017 and yet, he is not good enough. never will be. Based on what???? If our defense could played better we would have been in the playoffs. You seem to be looking for a perfect qb. TT is not perfect, be he will give us what we need right now.
Chilly Posted January 1, 2017 Posted January 1, 2017 (edited) It's a dark, dark future if we don't pick up that option. There's no one else out there and this team is in the playoffs if the defense plays a little better. No Tyrod, we're done for 3 years. Edited January 1, 2017 by Chilly
BADOLBILZ Posted January 1, 2017 Posted January 1, 2017 Yerp. This is definetly the play. Enough with the qb purgatory and low yardage gimmicks. If they bring back Stevie Johnson and CJ Spiller for you would it be OK to keep Tyrod?

Big Gun Posted January 1, 2017 Posted January 1, 2017 Same question, who is better? right this minute, IDK. but not hard to improve upon 31st ranked passing game
26CornerBlitz Posted January 1, 2017 Posted January 1, 2017 @TBNSports Keeping Tyrod Taylor for 2017 & 2018 is a viable option for #Bills. @gggaughan's Hot Read at [bN] Blitz: http://bit.ly/2hHLNtu

Yeah with a bunch more Turnovers and no TT we could be looking at only 1-2 wins.
Maury Ballstein Posted January 1, 2017 Posted January 1, 2017 If they bring back Stevie Johnson and CJ Spiller for you would it be OK to keep Tyrod? If Stevie's groin is healed effffff yea. #safety valve.
Chilly Posted January 1, 2017 Posted January 1, 2017 right this minute, IDK. but not hard to improve upon 31st ranked passing game Without impacting the running game or a top ten scoring offense? Did you notice without the threat of Tyrod's legs the holes today dried up against a Sorry Jets team?
D. L. Hot-Flamethrower Posted January 1, 2017 Posted January 1, 2017 I have been a Whaley supporter, but if he doesn't bring back Taylor that will change!!!!
brfith Posted January 1, 2017 Posted January 1, 2017 By far Tyrod gives us the best chance to win, EJ is horrible and Cardale still needs time.

Pine Barrens Mafia Posted January 1, 2017 Posted January 1, 2017 The ground and pound was a big reason for the low ranking in passing yardage. Passing everything. It was indicative of a team that didn't trust its QB
TSOL Posted January 1, 2017 Posted January 1, 2017 We need a top 5 defense to be in any consideration to take the next step with Tyrod. Enough with the middleing QB already. Whaley has been GM long enough, he needs to make a bold move up in the draft and make a name for himself. He finds a franchise QB and he has finally matured as a GM. If not, he is just treading water. All the linebackers, DT's, running back, reciever picks in the world arent going to cement his legacy. Only a true franchise QB is gonna do that. I dont care about his presser, i dont care about the draft position gained by losing this game. Move up and get the best QB, or just go home. Go big or go home.
