Reed83HOF Posted January 1, 2017 Posted January 1, 2017 John Wawrow @john_wawrow 11m11 minutes ago FYI: I'm told Russ Brandon will not be involved in the #Bills coach hiring process. Decision is strictly with the Pegulas.
MAJBobby Posted January 1, 2017 Posted January 1, 2017 (edited) Progress if true So far Pegula said Football guy go get our HC Russ stay out of it Like it Edited January 1, 2017 by MAJBobby
bobobonators Posted January 1, 2017 Posted January 1, 2017 Good. He should be involved in the decision to choose what kind of toilet paper is dispensed in the bathrooms. Improve the gameday experience Russ
Yeezus Posted January 1, 2017 Posted January 1, 2017 why the hell are the Pegulas even involved they left us with Rex. Terry really needs to fix this mess
jms62 Posted January 1, 2017 Posted January 1, 2017 Progress if true So far Pegula said Football guy go get our HC Russ stay out of it Only way he has no say is to not be in the front office. Oddly Pegula's have confidence in him thus my lack of confidence in them.

Cripple Creek Posted January 1, 2017 Posted January 1, 2017 Progress if true So far Pegula said Football guy go get our HC Russ stay out of it Like it Depends on how involved the owners are in the process.
FireChan Posted January 1, 2017 Posted January 1, 2017 Pegulas going for the elusive ofer on decisions. Is Bon Jovi still interested?
keepthefaith Posted January 1, 2017 Posted January 1, 2017 I for one don't understand why people have a problem with ownership being involved in the head coach decision. The Bills have a relatively inexperienced GM and team owners in all sports are very often involved in head coach decisions hire and fire.
Nihilarian Posted January 1, 2017 Posted January 1, 2017 Good. He should be involved in the decision to choose what kind of toilet paper is dispensed in the bathrooms. Improve the gameday experience Russ Thanks bob, spit my beer all over my keyboard, monitor!
Nick the Greek Posted January 1, 2017 Posted January 1, 2017 How is Russ gonna sell tickets without giving input on the coach? This is smoke, he will be involved in the search.
Fixxxer Posted January 1, 2017 Posted January 1, 2017 congratulations Terry and Kim, good decision. Now Doug, don't !@#$ up because it's your head next.

He worked for the Steelers for a number of years before that. When will he ever be experienced?

Decision is strictly with the Pegulas. This isn't progress!! Why? Exactly how much experience do the Pegula's have in hiring NFL head coaches? DYSS!

I hope their involvement is a simple rubber stamp. If they don't trust Whaley to do his job they should replace him.
Reed83HOF Posted January 1, 2017 Author Posted January 1, 2017 John Wawrow @john_wawrow 3m3 minutes ago Whaley will make recommendation. Up to Pegulas to approve. Lori Chase @LChase_RA 1m1 minute ago Gotta think ANY team owner would have to sign off on a multi-million dollar HC deal, yes?
