He could have have and should have been third on the RB depth chart the last two years.

FFS, everyone on this message board is leading Reggie Bush in rushing yards this year.

If Fred becomes the next running backs coach that would be intriguing. Similar to Anthony Lynn's story, the guy has fought hard his whole career to be on a roster. Maybe, Lynn already has the reigns to be the HC.

I think Fred was pretty much done when the Bills cut him, but it was a bigger deal in the locker room than on the field. That said, I'm pretty sure he could have contributed more than Boobie last year and Reggie Bush this year. Just saying.

It's like you read my mind. Fred >>>>>>> The Titster or Reggie Bush.

In all fairness, Bush was very productive at losing yardage.

:w00t:

Never saw a guy run backwards so fast.

yeah - really odd that he's back all of a sudden. I wonder if Whaley and Lynn called him on Tuesday after rex was fired and said " ok he's gone ... so here's what really went down when you were cut..."

Anthony Lynn's new RB Coach?

That's the first thing I thought, although a guy like Fred normally does other things first. Maybe he'll be an informal presence at first. Either way, I like having Freddy around.

Sorry, but an aging Fred off the couch beats Bush ANY DAY OF THE WEEK!

That said, I'd love it if his coaching career started in WNY. Welcome back Freddie!!!!
