boyst Posted December 28, 2016 Posted December 28, 2016 Who do you want and why? Write in your vote for HC / OC / DC
MAJBobby Posted December 28, 2016 Posted December 28, 2016 HC - Matt Patricia (read my numerous postings in his thread) OC - Let him pick DC - let him pick
Rico Posted December 28, 2016 Posted December 28, 2016 Rich Kotite, Turk Schonert, and Coy Wire... but I'll settle for any group that leads to the fastest total housecleaning.
YoloinOhio Posted December 28, 2016 Posted December 28, 2016 If we had to weigh in coaches before hiring them last time we wouldn't be in this mess
MAJBobby Posted December 28, 2016 Posted December 28, 2016 If we had to weigh in coaches before hiring them last time we wouldn't be in this mess Well maybe not. We hired Rex before the lap band was removed so he might have made weight
BuffaloHokie13 Posted December 28, 2016 Posted December 28, 2016 (edited) HC - Kyle Shanahan (Love his offense, and have since his Washington days) OC - Matt LaFleur (Bring along the QB coach with a promotion) DC - Gus Bradley (Better Coordinator than HC, runs a D that fits our personnel decently) Edited December 28, 2016 by BuffaloHokie13
KOKBILLS Posted December 28, 2016 Posted December 28, 2016 If we had to weigh in coaches before hiring them last time we wouldn't be in this mess I see what you did there...
The Jokeman Posted December 28, 2016 Posted December 28, 2016 (edited) HC - Kyle Shanahan (Love his offense, and have since his Washington days) OC - Matt LaFleur (Bring along the QB coach with a promotion) DC - Gus Bradley (Better Coordinator than OC, runs a D that fits our personnel decently) This be ideal IMHO especially when read articles like this that he isn't married to a system. http://mmqb.si.com/mmqb/2016/10/06/kyle-shanahan-nfl-coaching-carousel-list-notebook Edited December 28, 2016 by The Jokeman
Ohiostyle Posted December 28, 2016 Posted December 28, 2016 HC Schwartz OC Lynn DC Whoever Schwartz trusts to organize the D during practice, but JS calls plays on gameday.
boyst Posted December 28, 2016 Author Posted December 28, 2016 If we had to weigh in coaches before hiring them last time we wouldn't be in this messgot jokes funny man? Jokes are what we call a text Ryan defense
BuffaloHokie13 Posted December 28, 2016 Posted December 28, 2016 got jokes funny man? Jokes are what we call a text Ryan defense Texting might have improved the communication on D, actually...
jr1 Posted December 28, 2016 Posted December 28, 2016 the big question is will the legendary STAN KWAN return to Buffalo?
YoloinOhio Posted December 28, 2016 Posted December 28, 2016 I'm assuming Lynn is only a HC candidate and not OC with this HC - Lynn OC - Kromer DC - Al Harris (DB coach, Chiefs)
John from Riverside Posted December 28, 2016 Posted December 28, 2016 Head Coach - Lynn OC - Kromer DC - Bradley BRING BACK DONNIE HENDERSON
YoloinOhio Posted December 28, 2016 Posted December 28, 2016 (edited) Gus Bradley may be a good choice too for DC but it's hard to get past all the failure he had taking his defense outside Seattle Edited December 28, 2016 by YoloinOhio
Deranged Rhino Posted December 28, 2016 Posted December 28, 2016 Toub HC Lynn OC Bradley DC Let's roll.
BuffaloHokie13 Posted December 28, 2016 Posted December 28, 2016 (edited) This be ideal IMHO especially when read articles like this that he isn't married to a system. http://mmqb.si.com/mmqb/2016/10/06/kyle-shanahan-nfl-coaching-carousel-list-notebook Good article, sums up a lot of what I like about him as a prospect! Gus Bradley may be a good choice too for DC but it's hard to get past all the failure he had taking his defense outside Seattle I'm taking it more like the Jim Schwartz situation. Guy just getting out of a HC job and wants to prove he still knows what he's doing. It also helps that you know he's available and don't need a team's permission to interview him. Ohiostyle Posted December 28, 2016 Posted December 28, 2016 I'm assuming Lynn is only a HC candidate and not OC with this HC - Lynn OC - Kromer DC - Al Harris (DB coach, Chiefs) I just can't help but think Lynn has more to prove as an OC before getting an HC gig. He can earn that here. Keep the Off gang together and see what improvements can be made.
boyst Posted December 28, 2016 Author Posted December 28, 2016 If mike shula gets fired... A dream... HC Coughlin to groom ALynn. But not do much on game day. Just enable and empower his coordinators OC Mike Shula. He did wonders for Cam Newton along with Dorsey, former umiami qb. RB/assistant HC ALynn. He would take over when coughlin retires in two years, when shula would likely move on to a HC job with any success. DC Schwartz DL coach Pettine I'm assuming Lynn is only a HC candidate and not OC with this HC - Lynn OC - Kromer DC - Al Harris (DB coach, Chiefs) would you or anyone else keep Ed Reed ?
